En una olla con suficiente agua y sal al gusto colocar las costillas a sancochar para que ablanden luego debemos pelar/picar las verduras como yuca, auyama, apio también las mazorcas, berenjenas y el plátano igualmente que la cebolla, pimentón, ají dulces, cebollín todos en trocitos pequeños pelar los ajos y triturarlo y todos estos aliños lo ponemos en una sartén al fuego con suficiente aceite a sofreír le debemos  incorporal el color, sal al gusto, cúbito, orégano revolvemos todo y dejemos que se cristalice después este sofrito lo vamos a incorporar a la olla con la carne, mazorcas revolvemos y dejar que se concentren los sabores progresivamente vamos a encontrarle las verduras iniciando con la yuca porque son un poco más dura seguidamente con el resto dejar hervir de igual manera le incorporamos 1 taza de arroz porque me gusta que la sopa quede con una consistencia espesa por último le incorporamos el plátano, debemos o revolver todo y tapar para qué se cocinen todos los ingredientes y apagar cuando ya todas las verduras y el arroz estén blanditos y cuando nuestra sopa y esté lista a la hora de servir le vamos a picar y echar trocitos de aguacate, quedando así como les muestro en las imágenes.
