>Feliz y bendecido día mis corazones bonitos de Hive el día de hoy quiero presentarles una deliciosa y fácil receta de unas Cojinoas en salsa, como toda una cumanesa me gusta mucho el pescado, esa es la principal actividad económica que se desarrolla en mi ciudad ya que estamos rodeados de el bello mar, más adelante les voy explicando paso a paso la receta.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cojinoa fish.
Onion, paprika, sweet chili, tomato, oil, color, salt.

>Ingredientes:
1 1/2 de pescado cojinoa.
Cebolla, pimentón, ají dulce, tomate, aceite, color, sal.

Preparation:

> Preparación:
Para iniciar esta receta lavamos muy bien el pescado igualmente que picamos en cuadritos pequeños la cebolla, el pimentón, ají dulce lo ponemos al fuego en una olla con un chorrito de aceite a sofreír de igual manera qué se le pica en rodajas los tomates se le agrega el color y la sal al gusto después echamos el pescado con una taza de agua dejamos a fuego medio íbamos volteados para que se concentren los sabores y se haga la salsa, quedando así como muestran las imágenes y en esta ocasión la vamos a acompañar con una ensalada de pepino con tomate es elevada a decorar con las hojitas de perejil y listo a degustar este rico almuerzo.
