Every individual have their strength and weakness that is why we differs everyone of us have our strength and weakness and our ability to handle our weakness is the most important thing.

No matter how strong and individual may be he must have his weakness some people are scared of talk about their weakness

* I see strength as the ability to Stand and without any challenges and force that may come our way.

This bring me to my strength which is creativity and it also take me back to my days in school creativity have always been my strength am someone who love creating new things give idea to people which enhance in educating people and developing people in different skills

Creativity have to be most of the things i enjoy doing whenever am educating people i don't get tried of doing it.

Weakness is when someone lack force and weak to face challenge of life 

My great weakness is lack of confidence not be able to express myself in public and not be confidence to talk among my peers this single act really affect me in many chances in life

Lack of confidence cause me tfendency to take on too much responsibility.

Most of the times i feel like an not love by my peers i have it bad to make decisions on my own lack of confidence always make me to be shy and low self esteem i feel unloved from people always afraid of making mistake.

Like i said we all have our strength and weakness and our ability to handling our weakness well will always make us hero.
