Bienvenidos apreciados lectores de esta colmena papás y mamás hoy quiero recomendar está película **estrellas en la tierra**  la cual tuve la oportunidad de ver y disfrutar el día de ayer al ser invitada a un vídeo forro titulado **maestro en pandemia fortalece tu pedagogía del amor** ❤️

Y precisamente por qué hoy en nuestro país  celebramos el **día del maestro** héroes tras cámara que muchos no conocemos y desconocemos su gran labor.🍎

Pero nosotros como padres los conocemos muy bien ya que durante toda la etapa escolar de nuestros hijos estamos en comunicación con ellos para conocer los avances de aprendizaje de nuestros niños  que algunas veces presentan dificultades para el aprendizaje.

Por lo que me atrevo a compartir con ustedes y recomendar está hermosa película hindú de género familiar para reconocer la labor de un maestro cuando trabaja y se forma desde la **pedagógia del amor** ❤️ es definitivamente una película que todo maestro y padre debe ver.

Una historia que parte del interés de un maestro por conocer las necesidades de sus estudiantes sin etiquetar o clasificar sino incluyendo y buscando descubrir sus potenciales y talentos. ⭐

Pero dónde inicialmente nos encontramos con métodos antiguos de enseñanza dónde se criticaba, maltrataba al estudiante y de paso se le llenaba el cuaderno de correcciones y malas notas sin buscar la mejor estrategia para ayudarlo dando paso la forma conductista de enseñar y disciplinar con gritos, insultos y el poco interés de atender las necesidades del  estudiante la cual conlleva al fracaso escolar.😑

 >But where initially we found old teaching methods where the student was criticized, mistreated and in passing the notebook was filled with corrections and bad grades without looking for the best strategy to help him giving way to the behaviorist way of teaching and disciplining with yelling, insults and little interest in meeting the needs of the student which leads to school failure.

La trama de la película me permito contarles un poco comienza en la escuela en la clase donde se encuentra el protagonista del filme Ishaan Nandkishore Awasthi un niño hindú quien tiene 8 años y a quien le va muy mal en el colegio, falla en todas las tareas que son normales entre los niños de su edad y se siente despreciado y maltratado por sus profesores y no solo en la escuela sino en su grupo familiar, lo que lo hunde en un estado de miedo y depresión.🥲

 >The plot of the film, let me tell you a little about it, begins in the school where the main character of the film, Ishaan Nandkishore Awasthi, an 8 year old Hindu boy, is doing very badly at school. He fails in all the tasks that are normal among children of his age and feels despised and mistreated by his teachers and not only at school but also in his family group, which plunges him into a state of fear and depression.

Su papá no acepta su condición y siempre le compará con su hermano mayor quien obtiene las mejores calificaciones y se destaca como deportista en la escuela, mientras su mamá sufre al no saber cómo ayudar a su hijo a mejorar sus aprendizajes, sin pensar en otra opción lo internan en una escuela para niños con dificultades de aprendizajes. 

 >His father does not accept his condition and always compares him with his older brother who gets the best grades and excels as an athlete at school, while his mother suffers from not knowing how to help her son to improve his learning, without thinking of any other option, they put him in a school for children with learning difficulties.


A esta escuela llega un nuevo profesor llamado Ram y al evaluar descubre que el niño Ishaan sufre de dislexia una enfermedad que altera la capacidad de leer y escribir haciendo que se confunda o se altere el orden de letras, sílabas o palabras. 🧑‍🏫

 >A new teacher named Ram arrives at this school and upon evaluation he discovers that the boy Ishaan suffers from dyslexia a disease that alters the ability to read and write causing him to confuse or alter the order of letters, syllables or words. 🧑

Este profesor comienza a trabajar con él y revela su maravilloso mundo interior expresado a través del dibujo, se reúne con sus padres para darles a conocer la situación pero el papá de Ishaan no acepta que su niño tiene otro modo de aprendizaje 
en esta parte de la pelicula **el profesor le muestra una caja al padre dónde hay dentro un papel con una frase escrita en japonés y le exige que la lea y al no poder el profesor lo regaña esto le da una idea al padre de Ishaan la experiencia que su hijo vive en la escuela y como se siente al respecto**


 >This teacher begins to work with him and reveals his wonderful inner world expressed through drawing, he meets with his parents to let them know the situation but Ishaan's father does not accept that his child has another way of learning. 
in this part of the movie **the teacher shows a box to the father where there is inside a paper with a sentence written in Japanese and demands him to read it and when he can't the teacher scolds him this gives Ishaan's father an idea of the experience that his son lives in the school and how he feels about it**.

Después de conocer la situación de aprendizaje del niño el profesor trata el tema de la dislexia en clase para que todos los niños conozcan sobre el y logra que el niño se sienta identificado con algunas personas como el mismo quien también experimento las mismas dificultades cuando era niño comenzando a ganar confianza y trabajando para mejorar la condición del niño logrando mejorar
sus aprendizajes y superar miedos y frustraciones al final del curso. 🧑‍🏫

Cómo maestra siempre busco retroalimentar después de una clase y para ello mi pregunta es **Que enseñanza nos deja esta película?**

La película es un mensaje a favor de la integración de todos aquellos niños con capacidades diferentes y necesidades especiales de aprendizaje en este caso la **dislexia** trata valores muy interesantes como la comprensión, la paciencia, la tolerancia, el amor, la responsabilidad, solidaridad y respeto hacia los demás, la verdad durante su disfrute no pude dejar de llorar. 🥲

 >The film is a message in favor of the integration of all those children with different abilities and special learning needs in this case **dyslexia** deals with very interesting values such as understanding, patience, tolerance, love, responsibility, solidarity and respect towards others, the truth during its enjoyment I could not stop crying. 🥲


Nos enseña que cada niño aprende según su ritmo y condición, que como maestros y padres debemos preocuparnos por conocer que sienten o necesitan nuestros niños para tener una idea de cómo perciben el mundo y de existir una dificultad de aprendizaje debemos implementar las mejores estrategias como apoyo dándoles la oportunidad y evitando que se sientan maltratados y excluidos de nuestra sociedad. 😑


 >It teaches us that each child learns according to their pace and condition, that as teachers and parents we should be concerned about knowing what our children feel or need to have an idea of how they perceive the world and if there is a learning difficulty we should implement the best strategies as support giving them the opportunity and preventing them from feeling mistreated and excluded from our society. 😑


También nos recuerda que es nuestro deber como  maestros capacitarnos para conocer las diferentes dificultades y estilos de aprendizaje que nos permitan realizar una diagnosis a cada estudiante para descartar o confirmar que padecen alguna condición y por ende adaptar las actividades a sus necesidades.📝

 >It also reminds us that it is our duty as teachers to train ourselves to know the different difficulties and learning styles that allow us to make a diagnosis of each student to rule out or confirm that they suffer from any condition and therefore adapt the activities to their needs.

Además nos invita a interesarnos en conocer el ámbito familiar de cada estudiante para educar a los padres enseñarles que todos los **niños no son iguales** que como padres no deben comparar, ignorar lo que sucede y solo castigar que provoca en su defecto violencia psicológica, moral y muchas veces física empeorando la situación y conllevando al niño a un estado de tristeza, depresión y desmotivación que los conlleva al desinterés por aprender y al fracaso en sus estudios, que no se trata de buscar culpables sino de mejorar y superar la condición del niño y afianzar el vínculo familiar. 👪

 >It also invites us to be interested in knowing the family environment of each student to educate parents to teach them that all **children are not equal** that as parents should not compare, ignore what happens and only punish that causes psychological, moral and often physical violence, worsening the situation and leading the child to a state of sadness, depression and demotivation that leads to disinterest in learning and failure in their studies, which is not about looking for culprits but to improve and overcome the child's condition and strengthen the family bond. 👪

Me enseñó personalmente que las dificultades se vencen ya que me recordó que de niña presente problemas de dislexia relacionada con la confusión de la d por b y precisamente no recibí la atención y el apoyo necesario ni de parte de mi maestra ni de mi madre quien se encargaba de mi enseñanza en casa.

 >It taught me personally that difficulties are overcome, as it reminded me that as a child I had dyslexia problems related to the confusion of d for b and I did not receive the necessary attention and support from my teacher or my mother who was in charge of teaching me at home.


Al momento de subir al auditorio tras ser invitada a dar mi discurso sobre la **dislexia** mis lágrimas fluían y mis primeras palabras fueron **yo fui dislexica** y aunque años después en mi etapa universitaria lo supere en mi niñez no recibí la atención y apoyo sino críticas y malos tratos de mi maestra y mi madre, aunque no las juzgo a ninguna en especial a mi maestra quien no fue formada debidamente para detectar mi condición y mucho menos a mí madre quien no tenía una maestra que la oriento 🥲 

 >When I went up to the auditorium after being invited to give my speech about **dyslexia** my tears flowed and my first words were **I was dyslexic** and although years later in my university years I overcame it in my childhood I did not receive the attention and support but criticism and mistreatment from my teacher and my mother, although I do not judge any of them especially my teacher who was not properly trained to detect my condition and much less my mother who did not have a teacher to guide her 🥲.


Este día que nos invita a recordar nuestra experiencia como maestro recuerdo y dedico mi día a una estudiante muy especial y querida mi **pequeña Nidia** quien me enseñó a aprender a leer a través de **cartas o barajas** recuerdo que era el único juego que se ganaba su completa atención así que ingeniosamente cree un juego de barajas con letras para ayudarla a leer y superar su dislexia mis meritos este día para ella y cada niño que llevo en mi corazón ❤️

 >On this day that invites us to remember our experience as a teacher I remember and dedicate my day to a very special and dear student my **little Nidia** who taught me to learn to read through **cards or decks of cards** I remember it was the only game that earned her complete attention so I ingeniously created a set of decks of cards with letters to help her read my merits this day for her and every child I carry in my heart ❤️

Hoy soy maestra después de graduarme de ingeniero me di cuenta que mi profesión era construir aprendizajes y no edificios ahora mis diseños son en función de mejorar el aprendizaje de mis niños 😊 

Sigo siendo maestra con funciones directivas sin embargo no siento que mis funciones han cambiado porque aparte de defender sus derechos estudiantiles también sigo preocupándome por conocer que **sienten, creen y desean ser y hacer**.

 >Today I am a teacher after graduating as an engineer I realized that my profession was to build learning and not buildings now my designs are in function of improving the learning of my children 😊. 

 >I am still a teacher with managerial functions however I do not feel that my functions have changed because apart from defending their student rights I am also still concerned about knowing what **they feel, believe and want to be and do**.


En cada consejo docente cuando algún maestro suele presentar un caso de un niño con dificultades de aprendizaje mi pregunta siempre es Que le gusta hacer? Que le interesa? Cómo se siente en clase? 
!acaso ya le preguntaste sobre eso!

Espero se animen a ver esta película cuando tengan un tiempo libre creo que particularmente la veré un par de veces y por su puesto ya se la recomendé a mi equipo pedagógico de trabajo y de seguro planificare un día de películas para padres con ella.

 >In every teaching council when a teacher presents a case of a child with learning difficulties my question is always What does he/she like to do? What interests him? How does he feel in class?
