_Buenas tardes, hoy traigo para ustedes un tema muy interesante y que seguramente podrán trabajarlo en casa ya que no tiene edad ni sexo esta actividad está relacionada con la meditación, por lo general los seres humanos estamos llenos de mucho estrés eso puede provocar alteraciones en nuestro organismo, la meditación es una de las técnicas orientales que nos permiten canalizar todas y cada una de nuestras energías por ello quiero compartir con ustedes un material informativo acerca de una técnica  utilizó mucho en mi aula de clases para canalizar las emociones  en mis estudiantes._

_Significado de mindfulness
Para saber qué es el mindfulness y cómo se práctica, primero debemos saber qué significa mindfulness. El significado de mindfulness es atención plena o consciencia plena. Mindfulness es un término inglés, un antiguo sinónimo de attention que significa atención. Mind significa mente, mientras que fulness significa plenitud._ 


_El origen de la palabra mindfulness se encuentra en el término sati, que en pali significa consciencia, atención y recuerdo. El concepto mindfulness actualmente hace referencia al hecho de ser consciente y estar atento al momento presente. Aunque se pueda traducir a la lengua española, los expertos recomiendan utilizar el término anglosajón o el término pali, ya que reflejan mejor el significado de mindfulness.

_¿Qué es el mindfulness?_

 _El mindfulness es una práctica basada en la meditación que consiste en entrenar la atención para ser consciente del presente. La meditación mindfulness ¿que es? Según Jon Kabat Zinn (1994), el mindfulness es prestar atención intencionadamente al momento presente y sin juzgar. Mientras que para Vicente Simón (2007), uno de los máximos representantes del mindfulness en España, es una capacidad humana universal y básica que consiste en la posibilidad de ser conscientes de los contenidos de la mente momento a momento._

_El mindfulness nace de las tradiciones orientales, especialmente del budismo y, concretamente, de la meditación vipassana. ### _Mi experiencia:_

_Siendo maestra de Educación Inicial uno de los elementos que debemos abordar dentro del aula de clases con nuestros niños es controlar las emociones ya que éste es uno de los elementos más difíciles de gestionar para los niños en uno de mis años escolares me tocó atender a un grupo de niños de 5 años los cuales se les dificultaba gestionar sus emociones pese a muchos fracasos que tuve al implementar diferentes actividades para lograr que este grupo se pacificara  no fue sino cuando implemente el mindfulness que pude observar en ellos un cambio e incluso una atracción por realizar la actividad comencé con ejercicios muy fáciles al principio no tenía el fondo musical,  pero poco a poco fui acondicionando un espacio para realizar este tipo de actividades,gracias a la ayuda de los padres, estas actividades la realizabamos 30 minutos después de nuestra jornada escolar, pero en la medida que ellos se fueron adaptando realizabamos 20 minutos al entrar y luego 20 al salir._

_Esta actividad de meditación es super genial para controlar la inquietud de los niños, en mi caso desde el aula vi resultados mediante la meditación guiada en donde trabaje diversos aspectos como las emociones, concentración y la canalizacion de la energía en ese grupo de estudiantes._ 

_Cuando comencé los ejercicios admito que no fue fácil, ya que los niños son inquietos y curiosos por naturaleza, sin embargo pese a que se distraían, hablaban y otros decían: ¡no quiero mae! Esto no me hizo rendirme al contrario, comencé con ejercicios de respiración, despues las posturas y adapte una estrategia del juguete meditador, donde colocabamos un acompañante (juguete) a nuestro lado, al principio pense que sería un elemento distractor pero de verdad me funciono._

_Tras varias semanas de aplicar la técnica era increíble ver como los niños habian bajado su ansiedad y sobre todo el problema de gritar que era una de lss tareas a mejorar como maestra.Asi que no duden en aplicar esta tecnica en su casa, trabajo con grandes y pequeños._

_Good afternoon, today I bring for you a very interesting topic and that surely you can work it at home since it has no age or sex, this activity is related to meditation, generally human beings are full of much stress that can cause alterations in our body, meditation is one of the oriental techniques that allow us to channel each and every one of our energies so I want to share with you an informative material about a technique used a lot in my classroom to channel the emotions in my students._

_Meaning of mindfulness
To know what mindfulness is and how it is practised, we must first know what mindfulness means. The meaning of mindfulness is mindfulness or mindful awareness. Mindfulness is an English term, an old synonym for attention, meaning attention. Mind means mind, while fulness means fullness._


_The origin of the word mindfulness is to be found in the term sati, which in Pali means awareness, attention and remembrance. The concept of mindfulness currently refers to being aware and attentive to the present moment. Although it can be translated into English, experts recommend using the Anglo-Saxon term or the Pali term, as they better reflect the meaning of mindfulness._

### _My experience:_

_Being an Early Childhood Education teacher, one of the elements that we must address in the classroom with our children is to control emotions, as this is one of the most difficult elements for children to manage. Despite the many failures I had to implement different activities to achieve peace in this group, it wasn't until I implemented mindfulness that I could observe a change in them and even an attraction to do the activity, I started with very easy exercises at the beginning I didn't have the musical background,  but little by little I conditioned a space to carry out this type of activities, thanks to the help of the parents, these activities were carried out 30 minutes after our school day, but as they were adapting we carried out 20 minutes at the beginning and then 20 at the end._

_This meditation activity is great for controlling children's restlessness, in my case I saw results in the classroom through guided meditation where I worked on different aspects such as emotions, concentration and the channelling of energy in this group of students._ 

_When I started the exercises I admit that it was not easy, as the children are restless and curious by nature, however, despite the fact that they were distracted, they talked and others said: "I don't want to, mae! This did not make me give up, on the contrary, I started with breathing exercises, then the postures and I adapted a strategy of the meditation toy, where we placed a companion (toy) next to us, at first I thought it would be a distracting element but it really worked for me._

_After several weeks of applying the technique it was incredible to see how the children had lowered their anxiety and above all the problem of shouting which was one of the tasks to improve as a teacher, so do not hesitate to apply this technique at home, I work with young and old._
