In our last blog article, we looked at the impressive figure of Atlas on the Bismarck National Monument. In this installment, we turn our attention to the Sibyl, another important figure on the monument.

The Sibyl, a prophesying woman from antiquity, can be found on the left-hand side of the monument. She sits on a rock and holds a book in her hand, symbolizing the future.

Teil 3: Die Sibylle

In unserem letzten Blog-Artikel haben wir uns mit der beeindruckenden Figur des Atlas auf dem Bismarck-Nationaldenkmal beschäftigt. In dieser Folge wenden wir uns der Sibylle zu, einer weiteren bedeutenden Figur des Denkmals.

Die Seherin

Die Sibylle, eine weissagende Frau aus der Antike, ist auf der linken Seite des Denkmals zu finden. Sie sitzt auf einem Felsen und hält ein Buch in der Hand, das die Zukunft symbolisiert.

Eine geheimnisvolle Ausstrahlung
