Interesting stats, thanks for sharing. What do the numbers on the vertical axis of the Alexa Traffic Rank graph mean? Also, any links to back up those rumors you mentioned? I'm curious to know more about that. Good to see Steemit continuing to gain traction vs. the heavyweights. Here's hoping that trend is only beginning!

Those numbers are global rank/position based on Alexa ranking. As you can see Facebook is at the top rank. Rank 3 globally, and Rank 2 in US. It may still be a long way to go for Steemit. But we are definitely going there. About the rumors. They are what they are, rumors. Because there are no sufficient backups. And there were actually no specifics. But you know what they say, Where there's smoke, there must be fire. ;-) Let's wait and see.

No one can confirm and nothing specific about the rumor. But I myself have seen many changes since I joined steemit 5 weeks ago. I won't be surprised if tomorrow we see more changes. With the devalued STEEM, many are hoping to gain back a decent price on STEEM. Perhaps a significant change in the Steemit system will do the job.

Thanks again for your weekly reports. Yes, Steemit is becoming more popular and folks (like me) are reading more pages per visit. The rankings are going to be harder to crack one Steemit reaches four and three digits, but I can see it becoming as popular as Medium in a couple of years. :)
