<div class="text-justify">I'm not surprised to hear that many people in this world find it difficult to understand the bible. In fact, most brilliant bible scholars find it difficult to understand the bible as well. There are many people who have read the bible from cover to cover, but still couldn't phantom what the whole book is all about. Just as  Brother Eli Soriano said in his video, the bible is not understood by just reading it everyday. The Bible is not like a novel we pick and read to understand every line within a twinkle of an eye. He took us through some parts in the bible that opened our eyes to why people generally (not only the learned) are ignorant of the bible</div>

***Isaiah 29:11-12 New Living Translation (NLT)***

***11*** All the future events in this vision are like a sealed book to them. When you give it to those who can read, they will say, “We can’t read it because it is sealed.” 

***12*** When you give it to those who cannot read, they will say, “We don’t know how to read.”
 
<div class="text-justify">According to the scripture above, those that are learned and educated read, but they do not understand, because they do not have the wisdom of God in them. And those that cannot read, said they do not know how to read. If we look critically at these set of people the bible was referring to, we would discover that they are a bunch of sinners who do not care about God's word but just playing hypocrisy. Looking further into verse 13 of the same chapter, the bible pointed out something important that buttressed Brother Eli Soriano's point in the video. Let's look at what verse 13 say</div>

13 ***And so the Lord says,“These people say they are mine. They honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And their worship of me is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote***

<div class="text-justify">Those that found the bible sealed and those that called themselves illiterates are those God called hypocrites that honor him with their lips, but their heart is far from him. They are sinners who do what pleases them and not what God desires. This is because the devil has clouded their mind off righteousness. Satan will always find a way to take people away from God because he's an enemy of light according ii corinthians 4:4. He tries to disturb the truth spoken by God in the bible because he's darkness</div>

<center>***God delivers the understanding of his word not to everybody. He delivers it only to those that are God fearing***</center>

<div class="text-justify">If we look at the world today, not everybody is God fearing. Corruption has taken over the heart of men in all spheres of life. Churches are founded everyday, but souls are perishing at the speed of light because those that are called the leaders of the church are far from God, and they are feeding their sheeps with words from their own understanding of the scripture and not of God. The bible is written in ways that human knowledge cannot comprehend the mysteries behind it. God gave his words in a way we can easily understand it, but that is for only those that fear him</div>

***Daniel.12:9*** also points out those that would and wouldn't understand the word. 

>None of the ***wicked*** will understand, but those who are ***wise*** will understand.

<div class="text-justify">Here, the wicked are those that their heart is far from God. The wise doesn't signify the knowledge of those who trust in their own thought. (Proverbs 2:6). “For the LORD gives wisdom. From his mouth comes knowledge and understanding”. Also, Proverbs 3:7 says, "Do not be wise in your own eyes, fear the lord</div>

So, the wise are those that fear the Lord, and they are the ones given the knowledge to understand the word of God.
