So this module is short but dense; it’s calling you to delve deep, so we can then go on to align the practical with the mystical.

Please follow the exercises through to completion, with gentle-but-firm intention. Each has been designed to work within the structure of the whole course, and to bring a certain level of energetic momentum to your journey.

If you’re ever really stuck, just take smaller steps. Do a version of the task, or answer lightly: don’t strain or push against yourself. This course is all about effortlessness – not laziness! – but the genuinely less-effort-full way, which is in tune with everything around us and within us. It’s all designed to move towards that flow.
