Have you ever spent at least one day in the countryside in contact with nature and taking care of the plants or the earth? I spent a few days in the vineyards arranging a series of fundamental cables for the growth of the vineyard and the grapes that will be born from its branches. I admit that at the beginning I was enthusiastic because I really wanted to start my muscles dormant from the sedentary nature of my desk work ...    ___ The farmers' alarm is before the sun can even rise and we arrive in the countryside while the first lights begin to illuminate the earth. By midmorning I already had a sore back and arms and a sweat-soaked shirt. My mind, on the other hand, was perfectly free and far from the disturbing noises of the city.     ___ In all this I discovered a small nest with some bird eggs inside! But how beautiful they are! The vineyard is a few hundred meters long and to settle all these cables it took us a week, my week of vacation, dedicated to sweat, effort and relaxation. Yes, because because every day I went home destroyed, my mind was perfectly peaceful, without shadows or worries. The best possible therapy for our body ... Ah I also lost 2 kg of weight!
