Il mare alle prime luci dell'alba

È da qualche giorno che ho deciso di cambiare un po' regime di alimentazione e mi sono imposto di aumentare di molto la mia attività fisica. Purtroppo il lockdown è stato abbastanza deleterio e ho messo su quasi 5 kg in due mesi e la pancetta è diventata un po' più prorompente.

Inoltre faccio un lavoro sedentario, seduto ad una scrivania davanti ad un PC portatile e in più sono ancora in smart working...

Stamattina avevo già imposto la sveglia alle ore 06:00 per andare a correre ma mi sono svegliato alle 05:00 e così ho anticipato un po'. L'aria fresca della mattina è già un ottimo risveglio ma è quando mi dirigo verso il mare che tutti i miei sensi prendono vita.

Oggi il mare è un olio su tela e correre sulla spiaggia è un'attività che non facevo da un paio d'anni. A quest'ora del mattino inoltre c'è poca gente e si può davvero apprezzare il tranquillo silenzio del mare.

Quante volte avrei potuto godere di questo splendore se solo la stupida pigrizia non mi avesse bloccato a casa davanti alla TV?

Questa spiaggia è chiamata ***Seconda spiaggia*** perché è la seconda di tre spiagge disposte in pochi chilometri tra Trani e Bisceglie, ed è anche la più grande e la più popolata.

Tra poche ore sarà presa d'assalto da bagnanti provenienti dalle città limitrofi. Me la godo ancora un po'.

La temperatura è davvero ottimale e mi sento molto rilassato. Come potrei non esserlo circondato da questa meraviglia?
