Announcing Votum: Python Based Voting Bot

Given the new and neat autovoting service, [AutoSteem](https://steemit.com/steemit/@unipsycho/announcing-autosteem-an-automation-tool-for-voting-curating-and-browsing-steemit) provided by @unipsycho, I think my poorly coded script is quite inferior but I think it would be good to share my code to stimulate further developments and help those who want run own script on their machine without giving private keys to the third party.

I will write detailed documentations about installation, requirements, and running as soon as possible.

If you don't want to give away privage keys. You can also give streemian.com a try. We don't ask for your private key because you grant explicit posting/voting permission to the 'streemian' account. Way more secure than handing out private keys over the internet.
