I will share with you a delicious and original recipe, some crispy corn balls, stuffed with a ground beef meatball, this is a delicious snack, ideal to share a fun afternoon with your friends.

>Compartiré con ustedes una deliciosa y original receta, unas crujientes bolitas de maíz, rellenas con una albóndiga de carne molida, este es un delicioso snack, ideal para compartir con tus amigos una  divertida tarde.

You will need to:

>Necesitarás:

• 1/2 cup of cornmeal.
• 1/3 cup of water.
• 1/4 kilo of ground beef.
• Salt, pepper and oregano.
• 2 cloves of garlic.
• Oil for frying.

>• 1/2 taza de harina de maíz.
>• 1/3 de taza de agua.
>• 1/4 de kilo de carne molida.
>• Sal, pimienta y orégano.
>• 2 dientes de ajo.
>•  Aceite para freír.

First, we pour cornmeal into a container, add salt and water, knead until a smooth dough is formed.

>Primero, vertimos en un recipiente harina de maíz, agregamos sal y agua, amasamos hasta formar una masa suave.

Then, we season the ground meat with salt, pepper, oregano and two finely chopped cloves of garlic.
