Hello Fellow Steemians,

I hope you are having a wonderful time.

I am a bit motivated from yesterday's response on my ulog.

So here is my Today's Ulog.

**Emotions** for some people, It is hard to hide but for others it is hard to express.
Whatever emotion it is... (Excited, distressed, overwhelmed, guilt) it varies from person to person that how they manage to react over them.

I as an individual choose to express my every emotion.

As these emotions are what makes us human being.
We can express ourselves in every way that we want to.

If I am sad and distressed, I can cry, if I am happy and joyous, I cam laugh out loud.

We must release our emotions into this universe. That makes us stronger.
*By increasing our ability to make a comeback after our failure and to achieve more after our success*.

Keeping these emotions inside can actually harm you.

Sadness will lead to overthink and that will eventually lead to depression.
You must let your emotions come out.
Let them go.
>*Let these emotions flow into the universe and in return universe will give the best for you.*

This water droplet in the above pictures inspired me to write this ulog.

A beautiful tree with pink flowers is one of the prettiest creation of the maker.

And the recent rain adds on to it.

So don't hold back your emotions....
Just let them drop.
