中西方的姓名学

称呼对方以姓氏加其职称，中西方皆同，比如中国人称其市长为陈市长，这个陈是姓氏，西方人称其市长为布希市长，这个布希是姓氏，直接叫对方名子的，大都是较为亲近之人 ...

在中国，取名字不会与长辈相同，因为中国的礼法比较严苛，而外国人在这方面并不受约束，反而喜欢把小孩子取名与长辈相同，在西方，祖孙三代同姓名者大有人在 ...

中国人，姓氏少，名字多，要找到同名者很难，因为中国人取名字，喜欢找外人来命名，大都取出不同的名；西方人，恰好相反，姓氏多，名字少，喜欢自己来命名，都是取那些较为有名的名子，甚至于长辈的名字，或者干脆和自己同名，所以在西方，同名者很多，要碰到同姓氏者反而不容易 ...

中西方，名字都是只有一个，但是姓氏就不同了，中国人，几乎都是单姓，复姓者极少；西方人则不然，很多是多姓氏 ...

中国姓氏的融合，是胜者出败者亡，所以姓氏是越来越少，所多姓氏变成了历史上的纪载 ...

西方姓氏的融合，是并存，所以姓氏会有许多个，排在越后面的姓氏，越受重视，或者较为久远，比如A-B-C-D-F-G，这个A是西方人的名字，B-C-D-F-G是他的姓氏共有五个，其中以G最受重视，F其次 ...

在称呼对方的时候，连名带姓，名字是不会被叫错的，但姓氏就五花八门了，不信的话，你叫外国人报一下他的姓名，你大概就只能记住前后的几个字节，中间的字节大都会没记住，所以在称呼的时候，就往往变成了A-B，也有叫其A-B-C，也有叫其为A-G的，名字是同一个名，姓氏就五花八门，这是因为很少有外人能把其姓氏给完整的念全的 ...

这也就是中国人常以为西方人的父子不同姓氏的关系，实乃多姓氏所造成的错觉，因为大家在称呼他的姓氏的时候，往往都没叫全 ...
