这是从书上看来的,原来古代储粮工艺有这么厉害,我一直以为古代的储粮只有2~3年而已,没想到可以那么的久。

根据考古专家的发掘研究指出,
在唐代之时,依其粮窖设计来推估,其储存于地下窖仓里的稻米之保质期约为 5 年,若是谷子的话,保质期可能长达 9 年。

其粮窖工艺如下:
挖好窖坑之后,要先要用火烘干,然后在窖底处和窖壁处,即四周墙面和地面都要做,先涂抹上「糯米砂浆」,再把「草木灰」铺在上面,再来铺上木板,再来铺上席子,席上放好谷糠后要再铺一层席子,再放谷糠再铺席子,每一层席子之间夹着谷糠。

这种作法,可使粮窖隔湿保温,粮食不易发热腐坏、不易受潮发芽、不易被虫咬,保存期较长。

且封存粮食都于冬季进行,于低温下进行,更是有利于粮食封存后的保质。
