Hey everyone!

After a few weeks of committing more to GitHub than to Hive, I've decided to make another review, this time a more unusual one of a game that is still in early access, but which has a lot of potential and is a lot of fun.

Prop and seek takes the concept of "Hide and seek" but, to make it more interesting the hiding players are transformed in random objects and need to hide in plain sight, to integrate with the environment.

### Hunters
As a hunter the first 40 seconds of a round will be blacked out, to give enough time for the props to hide.

The players are randomly selected to be hunters and props, but there will always be a much bigger number of props, in this case 4 hunters for 13 props, with a max number of 32 players on a map.
Hunters have a total of 4 weapons that they can use to damage the props:
1. Shotgun
2. Knife
3. Sniper rifle
4. Revolver


Each of them inflict more or less self damage if they don't hit a prop to prevent the hunters to abuse them too much.
In the last 30 seconds of the round, the self damage is deactivated and the hunters double their speed  in order to accelerate the search.

### Props

As soon as you start the round you will have to chose a prop, more slots can be purchased, coming as a "DLC" a little expensive(8,19€) if you ask me, but it gives you some advantage in the game, the ability to chose the better prop for the round.

Sometimes you can get lucky, and your prop will be super easy to hide on the map.

Sometimes looks like you don't have a chance, but even with the biggest prop in the game, you can still hide.

As a prop, the game doesn't let you sit in your perfect spot, waiting for the win, as you get to the half of the round you are again prompted with the prop select screen, but this time, the hunters are free to continue their search, so you're not so lucky if you transform right in front of them, or if you need to find another spot to hide, which in my opinion is a perfect way to balance the game.

There is also a rating feature based on thumbs up, that you can give to one player during a round if he did a great job hiding. You don't really have to die to look for the other players, it's enough to freeze your prop using right click, and press F to activate the freecam.

#### Bugs
Being in the early access phase, there is expected for the bugs to reveal out more than normal, invisible walls, some places where you can get stuck missing parts of environments and, when you open the game, you will get the first 3 achievements of the competitive matches, even through is not yet im0plemented at the moment, the starting competitive score is set to 2500 points, just enough for you to be placed between Silver and Gold Competitive tier.

### Final impression
This game, even through is not in his final version, it's a great game to play, especially if you create your private server to play with your friends (some players in public servers already know each map making it difficult to hide).
The gameplay is pretty balanced as each side has advantages and disadvantages, but overall it's more about fun than competition.
