Three Tune Tuesday

Hi fellow Hiveians,

Today I'm getting back to sharing some music, let’s get into it!

# Three Tune Tuesday

Music is one of my favorite things to relax to, as many people can also probably have similar experiences. My musical tastes are incredibly diverse, I think. I can enjoy some really heavy gangster rap (not the radio trash), some metal, country, classical and so many others in between.

One of the coolest things about music is that all of the different kinds have their unique qualities to them and reasons that we listen to them. Some are more chill, others are upbeat and getting you motivated. 

There is a post series Three Tune Tuesday by a bunch of people but it's all organized by @ablaze, one of the coolest dudes from Ireland around!

# This Week's Choice: Alternative Rock

I think that I will try to confine the post to be 2 or 3 songs of the particular topic to keep it shorter and so that people can listen to one or all of the songs without taking too much time!

Switching it up this week and going back to alt rock for a bit! I heard a new Metric song on the radio, then a few minutes later some Alabama Shakes so I knew I had to drop in a #TTT on Alt Rock again! Glass animals is one that I've loved and hope it doesn't turn into another Gotye where they have an incredibly popular song but it ruins them as an artist lol

Way more important to me though, is sharing a song with me! It doesn't have to be anything related at all to what my choices are but I would love for you to share a song or two with me!

Ah I’ve always enjoyed heat waves. There is something about that song I’ve fallen in love with. I don’t know if it’s because he talks about affection and all. 


The part where he said “sometimes all I think about is you” is so confusing. Do you think about her all the time or sometime or a few times. 

As for the hold on I don’t like it. I don’t like that type of music. I tried listening to it for while but then I just didn’t like it 😂. 

I think I only like one song out of the three you chose which is heat waves.

Thanks for stopping by and listening man! How about sharing a song with me that you like? :D 

The heat waves song is good! The lyrics can get deep but confusing for sure. Sometimes all I think about is you is one of those lines that's almost an oxymoron. 

Yeah alternative rock isn't for everyone! I enjoy it but I've got so many other music genres that I love that it balances it all out lol. I'm listening to music these past few weeks from the 1930'a and 40's and really enjoying it! Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra are very easy to listen to while working.

Oh I guess since they are from the 30’s and 40’s I might not be soo interested in listening to them. 

A lot of people have grown to like Nigerian music and the way they do their music. Am not a Nigerian but I do listen to Davido, Wizkid and sometimes burna boy. Have you heard of any of these artists before ?
