DAV Network is a transportation protocol developing the blueprint for human-AV interaction and AV-AV interaction. The transportation protocol makes it possible to develop decentralized marketplaces for any transportation service.

# Strength 

1. DAV has a team rounded up from all types of transport markets and companies. This gives it the experience for making a protocol meant for every single transport market. 

2. DAV has an all-star team of advisors, including am astronaut. Its advisors include excutives from GM, Cisco, UPS, and other major transportation corporations. More importantly, most of these advisors held executive positions related to autonomous vehicles. 

3. DAV's minimum viable product is live and functioning. A drone used the DAV Network to search for customers in Europe. 

# Weakness

1. The DAV Protocol requires the AVs to adjust to its technology stack. Most people do not have the technical skills for this. 

2. DAV Protocol can be used to make decentralized transport marketplaces but not enough are adjusted to blockchain development. 

3. DAV's MVP integrates AV usage but AV usage is still largely a transport mechanism of the future.

DAV is a protocol for the transport industry. DAV is targetting a market that is worth trillions of dollars and will continue to grow forever. 

# Threat

1. Decentralizing transport is a target of several other companies. MVLchain, Helbiz, DACSEE, and Lazooz are just some of the companies using blockchain to decentralize transport industry. 

2. Uber is one of the most aggressive start-ups in history. The company has some of the most skilled developers in the world and has access to a lot of money. It wants to be the future of transport and might copy DAV's features.
