¿Por qué hay tanta gente que se siente sola? ¿Por qué es tan difícil para las personas hacer conexiones reales cuando casi todo el mundo quiere hacer conexiones reales?

La soledad es un sentimiento que se experimenta el cual muchas veces nos deja un gran vacío interno, y este puede surgir en cualquier momento de nuestras vidas, no tiene edad, condición social, ni credo, todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas podemos sentirnos solo.

Este sentimiento siempre va acompañado de la tristeza, ya que es un vacío por algo que al mirar atrás no logramos, y caemos en el hueco de esa meta sin cumplir y nos ausentamos y aislamos, un ejemplo personal de esto, es que en mayo Dios mediante cumpliré 48 años, y muchos proyectos que tenía en mente realizar a mis 21 años, no fueron logrados, y cuando esto viene a mi mente veo todo el camino que he recorrido y que las plantas recadas no dieron sus frutos y estoy con las manos vacías, esto me hace buscar un espacio aparte y alejarme, aún estando en compañía, ya que necesito estar sola, para evaluarme.

También podemos experimentar este momentos de soledad aún estando acompañado, ya que no tenemos los mismos intereses y lo que a ti te gusta, al otro no, o sus metas son distintas, así que aquí también empezamos a experimentar esta sensación, recuerdo cuando viví con mi antigua pareja, en cada reunión de mi familia él no asistía, ya que no toleraba como éramos reunidos y empezamos a distanciarnos, aún viviendo juntos, ya que a él no le gustaba acompañarme, tanto así que mis primas que vivían en otras ciudades creían que no vivíamos y que yo me invitaba que estaba con él.

También la soledad aparece al momento de perder un ser querido, ya que cada quien expresa diferentes emociones, y esta perdida puede hacernos querer alejarnos de todos, por unos momentos, encontrarnos con nuestro propio dolor y vivir aparte este sentimiento. Esto lo hemos vivido recientemente en nuestro grupo familiar por la muerte de mi suegro, todos experimentamos nuestros momentos de querer estar solos.

Son muchas las causas por la que el sentimiento de soledad puede aparecer, y no tenemos que verla de mala manera, ya que a veces estar solo es bueno, porque nos ayuda a autoevaluarnos, conocernos más y hasta amarnos más, lo malo es cuando este sentimiento nos hace alejarnos de todos y no querer compartir, cuando este caso sucede es bueno y recomendable después de reconocer que necesitamos ayuda, buscarla y cumplir con las recomendaciones que el terapeuta nos orientara.

Unas de las cosas que me gusta hacer cuando este sentimiento quiere permanecer por más del tiempo necesario, porque como reza un dicho, todo en exceso es malo, me gusta realizar caminatas largas, ya que me hace liberar tensiones, puedo observar las bellezas que la naturaleza nos brinda, puedo volver a ver personas que tal vez ni recuerde quien es, como lo que me paso ayer cuando iba caminando a la iglesia, que me encontré a una mujer que me llamo por mis nombres y me detuve y me dijo que yo fui testigo de la presentación de su hijo hace 16 años😅, y hasta ahorita es que lo recordé, ayer me sentía un poco triste y ese momento cambio mi animo.

Realizar actividades que nos agradan, el año pasado cuando empecé a sentirme así, comencé en un gimnasio, inicie un taller de emprendimiento en repostería y estar con personas que tienen tus mismo intereses, te hace despejar la mente, sentirte en ambiente y la soledad se va, este sábado quería iniciar estudio de Lengua de señas venezolana, pero el factor económico no lo permitió, así que espero poder en otra oportunidad, lo que quiero hacer énfasis con esto, es que busquemos hacer lo que nos gusta, para no quedarnos en este sentimiento que es bueno vivirlo como seres humanos, lo malo es quererse quedar viviendo en el.
