Hola amigos/cocineros de hive no les voy a mentir… estos fideos con salsa de champiñones quedaron para chuparse los dedos 😍🍽️💯
👩‍🍳 ¿Cómo los hice?
1️⃣ Puse a hervir agua con sal 💧🧂
2️⃣ Tiré unos fideos tirabuzon (mis favoritoss 💕)
3️⃣ Mientras se cocinaban, arranqué con la salsa 👇

👩‍🍳 How did I make them?
1️⃣ I boiled salted water 💧🧂
2️⃣ I threw in some corkscrew noodles (my favorites 💕)
3️⃣ While they were cooking, I started making the sauce 👇

🍄 En una sartén con manteca derretida doré ajo picado 🧄 y tiré una lluvia de champiñones frescos 🥰
🌿 Le sumé un toque de tomillo, sal, pimienta y un chorrito de crema 🤤
🔥 Dejé reducir hasta que quedó cremosísimaaaa
💥 Escurrí la pasta y la mezclé con la salsa directamente en la sartén
🧀 Le rallé un poco de parmesano arriba y… ¡MAGIA PURA!

>🍄 In a pan with melted butter, I browned chopped garlic 🧄 and added a sprinkle of fresh mushrooms 🥰
🌿 I added a touch of thyme, salt, pepper, and a splash of cream 🤤
🔥 I let it reduce until it was creamy as hell
💥 I drained the pasta and mixed it with the sauce directly in the pan
🧀 I grated a little Parmesan cheese on top and… PURE MAGIC!
