Thanks for sharing :)</h3> <center><br></p> <p>The growth of Steemit in December 2017 and January & February 2018 has been abnormal. As @cryptoriddler explained in his post <a href="https://steemit.com/steemit/@cryptoriddler/more-than-700-000-steemit-accounts-mehr-als-700-000-steemit-konten">here</a>, more than 100.000 new accounts have been created in January alone. Meaning, over 700.000 now and we could be looking into 800.000 anytime soon I guess.</center> <p>I just love this new concept where you can create exciting new communities and meet amazing people through creating original content and informing and entertaining people - and in addition, earn cryptocurrency. If you would like to know more about my motivation, check out my <a href="https://steemit.com/stat/@cocktailguy/why-i-think-everyone-should-start-with-a-stat-steemit-topic-area-tree">STAT</a>.</p> <p>Looking at the most used tags, one can see that <a href="https://steemit.com/trending/life">#life</a> <a href="https://steemit.com/trending/photography">#photography</a> <a href="https://steemit.com/trending/steemit">#steemit</a> <a href="https://steemit.com/trending/blog">#blog</a> <a href="https://steemit.com/trending/art">#art</a> are the most used tags out there, (counting in tens of thousands) which makes this website a great tool to follow particular topics with only a few clicks.</p> <p>For me, I got my first SBDs and Steem Power today. It wasn't much but I know that I will be receiving it daily from now on. It is true that <a href="https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@cocktailguy/64-followers-in-the-first-7-days-after-opening-my-steemit-account-that-s-good-right">my first 7 days of using Steemit</a> have been interesting but they have also been filled with a lot of questions, which, I am thankful for the community, have been successfully answered.</p> <p>So, THANK YOU goes to all of you who up-voted my posts, commented on them and followed me. I hope to have proven that I can write about things that interest you and I will do a lot more in the upcoming weeks and months.</p> <h3>I am very motivated to do it also and I would like to hear where does your motivation come from?
