A lot of people will say "money can't buy happiness" but also being broke "won't buy you happiness" and nothing is more terrifying than not being able to Carter for yourself and pay your bills . Today , there is almost absolutely nothing you can do without money , we can't buy all the nice things that gives us a comfortable lifestyle , it is needed for our day to day survival , to add value to our life's . In short , not having money is a BIG NO from everyone . 
We all in someway get money , be it from our workplaces , parents , investments , sponsor , government and much more .  It then comes down to the question : "how do we spend this money"?

*Does it add value to my life?*
*Do I do the necessary things with it?*
*Should I buy all my wants or my needs instead?*
*Do I invest in the right things?*
*Am I spending right?*

Difficult questions , no easy answers , well , In this post I will be writing tips on how to manage your finances and money wisely , Just follow up and read along with me .

- **Buy what you can afford**
We all want to use the best quality and most expensive of every item , but that's not possible cause we can't have all the money in the world .You shouldn't buy anything that'll have you going above your budget or tearing your pockets . Rather purchase items that will just be alright and will leave you still having enough to spend on other things and save some money.

- **Needs before wants**
Needs are necessities , major items we have to acquire for survival and good living . But Wants are items we just have a desire to possess ,They are insatiable . So check what you spend your money on and group them into this two categories . Remember , always get the needs first .

- **Say no to DEBTS**
Not following the first tip in my post can lead one into owing debts . Ensure you are debt free or try to keep it as low as possible . Avoid losing money by paying other people interests , **Avoid debts.**

- **Save and invest spare money**
Instead of spending extra money on unnecessary or wasteful things , we can always try to save and invest . There is no better way of making money than letting your money work for you . The earlier you start , the better for you . Not investing today will only make you regret in future , There are many great platforms where you can learn how to invest such as @LeoFinance and @hive .

- **It's okay to indulge**
From time to time , it's okay to celebrate something , buy that beautiful dress you love , eat at that fancy restaurant , buy that super cool gaming console . undoubtedly , As you cut your costs , you also have to enjoy living .
