过几天就是我的发文高峰期了，期末论文 Due，Of Mice and Men 的 Epilogue 也即将完工。草稿箱里存了一堆待发的文章。

今天就是简单地讲一下对安那其主义（AKA 无政府主义）与反联邦政府主义的一些注解，为论文做准备。

## Preface

So uh, this is not a paper. It is not a draft. It is more like an annotation for my resources cited/are gonna be cited.

Anarchism has always been in my mind, as a programmer. There is a similarity between Anarchism and Decentralization. Go back to the early years of United States, Anti-Federalism lead to a war, a defeated war. However, did Anti-Federalism really lose? Did it die? Or did it actually win? 

## Anti-Federalists

The very early stage of the country, United States, was quite not steady on government aspects, and finally lead to the war -- known as the Civil War. The problem has always been there since the country was created, but the problem of slaves, African American, first time pulled out this problem, in the level.

The Anti-Federalists lost the battle to defeat the Constitution but won back through interpretation what they list in constitutional construction. *(The Anti-Federal Appropriation)* 

When the idea of Anti-Federalism first came out, it was related to slaves, and what about now? We are apparently now having stronger State Governments than the Federal Government. The idea has been in people's minds. The focus on Federalism and State's Rights has never been any weakened.

The animating and persistent concern of the Anti-Federalists was that the Constitution would create a new national regime, one that consolidated power in a central government, thus making state and local governments less relevant over time. *(The Anti-Federal Appropriation)* The concern is obvious, and we need some kind of things to keep all local/smaller governments relevant to each other. Isn't it what the word "United States" means? 

A win-win trading policy cross states could solve this problem. Centralization makes a country easier to be attacked politically and physically. Trading rules, capital rules could be lead by big companies (Capitalism) and make the Anti-Federalism even more possible.

## Related Thoughts to Anarchism

Talk about the scale -- how small should the scale of the local government be? Why should a State be a proper scale? Could it smaller like a city? Or a town?

Or a family? A person?

All we need is something that keeps everything relevant and put them together. Why not put the scale, to a person? Capitalism was always seemed against Socialism Anarchism -- so that we had Capitalism Anarchism.

Is that a ideal solution that we are looking for?
