As a personal finance enthusiasts, we all know the importance of emergency fund. Emergency fund is that safety net which will help you in your bad times. To be honest, not only in the bad times but whenever you need the money for anything, emergency fund can be helpful. But the best thing to do with the emergency fund is to keep it for emergencies.  PC: Pixabay.com I had build my HBD upto $1K for the emergency fund and thus it helped me when I was in dire need of money. Some people are calling HBD a scam, but I know the importance of having the HBD on my portfolio. I know 20% APR is too good to be true, but again even if it gives me 10-15% APR I will continue to build some part of my portfolio in HBD because of the same reason. I have again started building the HBD portfolio in small quantity and will continue doing that till I reach $1k again. For the outside world, if a stable coin is giving good returns they think that it might be scam because they have face this with other coins too. So I am not criticizing them for anything. But being in the Hive ecosystem we know the importance of HBD and how it helps us to keep in liquid form and can be used to get 20% returns or convert it to Hive and build the Hive Power. Keeping HBD in wallet or converting to Hive and power up, both are good and we cannot say one is better than the others. Since I have seen the importance of HBD as an emergency fund, I can proudly say that I have HBD in my portfolio and will continue to build it and I know it is not a scam.
