I have been creating the Financial Goals for 2 years now i.e. 2021 as well as 2022 and had tracked them for the whole year. After completing the whole year, I will also track where I stand. Now the thing with Financial goals or planning is that it should not be constant and should be evolving just like you are evolving or getting better every day. So this year I will be creating LEO goals for myself and tracking them individually.

What I have learnt from the last 2 years of creating the goals is to create evolving goals which means creating the goals for the whole year and every month doing a self-review of the goals where you stand and thus what change you need to do in order to achieve the goals you had set for yourself. So that's what I am going to do where I will create the LEO goals for 2023 now and thus every month I will try to do a self-review and see where I stand with that goals.

**So the Leo Goal for 2023 is to reach Lion Status in 2023.**

As of now, I have exactly 5065 Leo Power and to reach to Lion Status I need 10K Leo more to fulfil this goal.

How I am planning to get 10K LP next year.

So to achieve the goal of 15K LP next year I need to get around 834 LEO per month or 208 per week or 28 per day. So the plan for achieving 28 LEO Per day is as follows.

#### Delegating Hive Power to @leo.voter.

I have been delegating some Hive Power to @leo.voter for quite some time and thus I am getting around 2.8 LEO per day. I will increase the delegating to get around 8 LEO per day. So the remaining LEO to get every day is 20.

#### Delegating Leo Power to @meowcurator and @india-leo.

I have also delegated almost all my LEO power to the @meowcurator and @india-leo for curation from there I am getting around 1.2 LEO per day. But again as my LEO Power will increase I will get more, so to take an average, I will get 2 LEO per day from curation. So the remaining LEO to get every day is 18.

#### LEO Author Rewards

I have been writing on LEO at least 4-5 posts every week and thus I get some LEO author rewards for those posts. It's not constant that I will get the same LEO author rewards with every post, but usually, I will try to get 8 LEO per day from the author rewards. So the remaining LEO to get every day is 10.

#### Buying from the Market

Now the remaining 10 LEO per day or whatever the balance is every week or month, I will buy from the market. 

#### Continue Participating in the Contest

There used to be some contests that happened from time to time and I will continue participating in those contests to get some additional LEOs.

Now this is the plan, but you know sometimes the best of the plan cannot go as per the plan and thus there will be some problems in executing the plan. So, if there are obstacles or setbacks that I cannot get LEO author rewards as well cannot buy from the market because of no Hive then for that I have to write more posts or comment more on the posts to get more LEO.

Hopefully, I can continue working towards the LEO goals from Day 1 itself which is January 1, 2023.
