Do you need to learn how to sleep? 睡觉需要学习吗？

来到Steemit后，一直打算写一篇自我介绍，却不知道怎么开个头。人总是看清楚别人容易，看清自己很难，写自己也很难。

在Steemit活跃了一段时间了，cn区的很多朋友都知道我本职是一名医生，在疾病预防控制中心工作。但我在网络中这么多年混出点名声（还谈不上名气），却不是因为我常做医学健康科普，而是因为我业余是一名催眠师。有兴趣了解催眠的朋友可以搜索下我的名字“吕艳朋”，我过去写过不少关于催眠的文章。

正因为我研究催眠的原因，很多人误以为催眠就是**催人入眠**（其实不是啦），所以经常有人咨询我关于睡眠的问题。

前段时间，就有一个朋友找到我，见了面就带着央求的语气说：“吕老师，你教教我怎么睡觉吧。”

这话听起来挺奇怪的，是不是？

睡眠本来是从小就会的，我们长大之后突然发现睡不着觉了，无法入眠了，自己不会睡觉了。

那睡眠真的需要学习吗？

其实睡眠是不需要学习的，睡眠能力是天生的，生下来就会。小宝宝，一生下来除了会吃奶，就是会睡觉，甚至在没有生下来之前，我们就会在妈妈肚子里睡觉了。没有哪个孩子，出生后还需要妈妈教给他怎么睡觉。

所以，睡觉本来是一个自然而然的事情，并不是一个需要学习，需要刻意而为之的事情。

那睡不着觉又是怎么回事呢？

出现睡眠问题，那一定是我们的生理或心理出现了问题。

生理上出现了某些疾病，例如心脏、大脑等器官出现问题，就会直接影响睡眠，有些疾病在早期没有其他症状，可能唯一的表现就是睡眠障碍。

另外，在心理上有压力、有焦虑、有痛苦、有情结，很常见的一个表现就是入睡困难，失眠等。

一个人出现了睡眠障碍，无论是因为生理上的问题，还是心理上的问题，要做的都不是学习怎么睡觉，而是要找到问题，并解决这些问题。

当你生理和心理上都没有问题了，晚上躺下什么都不想了，就自然而然的进入了睡眠。

可是，有人就跟我说，吕老师我身体很好，也没有心理问题，就是睡不着觉啊。

我就问他，我说你晚上睡不着觉的时候都想什么呢？

他说，我真的什么都不想，我只**想**睡觉，就是睡不着。

聪明的朋友一下子就听明白了，想睡觉，说明他还是在想，对吧。这就是说，**对睡眠本身的焦虑也是影响睡眠的一个很重要原因。**

对睡眠本身的焦虑也是心理焦虑的一种，它产生的原因很复杂，例如，现在很多的科普、健康宣传，都说睡眠很重要，睡眠不好了会影响大脑、人会变傻、记忆力下降，更快衰老，会导致身体出现各种问题，还会长癌症，所以就导致了一旦睡不着觉了，就担心，就千方百计地想办法睡觉。

越刻意地想睡觉，越睡不着，变得很担心、很焦虑，结果就更睡不着了。

因此，如果生理和心理上都确定没有问题，仅仅只是失眠，不妨放松心态，别把睡觉当回事，睡不着就玩玩游戏，逛逛Steemit，给我 @coldhair 点点赞，玩累了自然就睡着了。

真厲害 ! 我記得我初出來工作的時候也有輕微的焦慮症 經常突然哭起來 醫生好像開了什麼血清給我的。那時候我有想過找催眠師幫助，但可能看電影太多,, 經常看到催眠師會逼自身看到心底最可怕的東西出來，最後我還是不敢去了哈哈。
