I wanted to apologize to you for flagging you a couple of months ago - neither you nor your post deserved it. 

I am learning to live above my demons and above low vibration...although I realize it is a good idea to CONTROL my vibration and even more important: what to do when I am submerged in my created demons.

I think it's okay if you have good points to make, and maybe there are. I think it's a good thing especially if you're aware of it, at least after the fact. Best thing here is, if someone's doing good, they may actually be adding value to the network and benefit everyone  on it in the end :)
