Hola a todos, llego el día esperado para comenzar el descanso
como lo es cada día sábado, bueno algunos trabajan hasta el mediodía otros todo el fin de semana, según la especialidad, necesidad y situación social de cada trabajador, pero la verdad en mi caso personal voy a lo que es el almuerzo de hoy, es muy fácil de prepararlo y también de degustarlo jajajaja, porque se trata de una comida muy nutritiva y sana como lo es esta, que se trata de pechuga de pollo, zanahoria, cebolla, ajo, morrón y papa.

Su preparación es la siguiente, en una sarten colocamos un poco de aceite de oliva, la cebolla cortada en juliana bien finita, el ajo el morrón, cuando vemos que los mismos se encuentran casi cocinados, le agregamos la zanahoria cortada en julianas, pechuga de pollo cortada en pequeños churrascos y por ultimo la papa que es mas blanda, el condimento va a gusto como también la sal.

Mientras se cocina todo esto en la sarten, en una olla colocamos agua a hervir para el arroz, cuando esta colocamos el arroz, cuando esta cocinando lo colamos, luego, cortamos tomate en julianas, todo lo servimos en una plato como se ve en la foto, listo para ser degustado, o sea arroz, pollo, tomate y el revuelto de la sarten, siempre le agrego un poco de cúrcuma, le deja exquisito.

Para acompañar todo esto en un volts de acero inoxidable, preparamos una ensalada la cual consiste en cortar el repollo en trozos muy finos, luego tomate, en este caso es tomate cherry de la propia huerta, condimentamos con aceite de oliva, limón, sal y un poco de salsa de soja, le da el toque final, mesclamos bien todo y lista la ensalada.

Bueno la verdad amigos como les dije llego el día sábado, y de esa manera va terminando lo que es la dieta, porque sábado y domingo por invitaciones de amigos o de reuniones de familia nos damos el permitido, así que con conducta todo se puede, lo expreso así porque seamos sinceros y cuando degustamos una comida por mas sabrosa o rica que sea la misma, nos comemos tres o cuatro platos de la misma, el tema regimen no surte efecto, y seguimos igual, por hago referencia a la conducta y fuerza de voluntad.
