Matambrito de cerdo, costilla de res y queso probolone|||||Pork matambrito, beef rib and probolone cheese
  Buenos días a todos, espero se encuentren todos muy bien, con mucha energía para comenzar este domingo junto a toda la familia y así disfrutar un domingo mas, pero de una manera muy especial lo digo especial por el hecho de que el de cocinar un matambrito de cerdo, costilla de carne de res, todo bien condimentado, pero como todos sabemos lo primero es lo primero, y en este caso es encender el fuego, para tener las brasas a punto para cocinar.

Bueno como les comente amigos la carne ya esta bien condimentada y el fuego en proceso de transformarse en brasas, para cuando estas están listas, se esparcen y luego se coloca la parrilla para que se vaya calentando.

Los condimentos especiales de los que les hable es este que se ve y esta integrado por ajo, perejil, pim3entosw molido y sal, también un poco de pimienta, luego le agregamos un poco de aceite de oliva y listo el condimento.

Teniendo en la bandeja listo para colocar en la parrilla, al matambrito, la costilla y ahora agregaremos también las dos rodajas de queso probolone, los que están bien cubiertos de condimentos y preparados para ser colocados en la parrilla.

Por supuesto que lo primero que se pone en la parrilla antes mencionada es la carne, tanto de cerdo como la carne de res, luego que la damos vuelta es recién allí cuando colocamos el queso, porque como bien sabemos el queso sobre la parrilla se derrite muy rápido.

De esa manera cuando el queso se derritió, con la carne que también esta cocinado, comenzamos a degustar este sabroso asado en familia.
