Buenos días, la verdad que para degustar un asadito con ensalada de tomate y con queso probolone, no hace falta que sea una ocasión especial, lo digo por el hecho que el asado en tradición para los días domingos nada mas, bueno la verdad que me salí de la misma, con la diferencia que luego de encender el fuego o sea el carbón para asar la carne, costilla de res, chorizo y un pedacito de pechito de cerdo.

Teniendo la carne sobre la parrilla,, coloque en dos vasijas de cerámica las dos rodajas del queso antes mencionado, de esa forma el mismo se cocina muy bien, a fuego lento como la carne de la parrilla, luego de condimentar el mismo con un poco de ají molido y pimienta blanca, quedando como se en la foto, lo siguiente fue lavar y cortar el tomate para la ensalada, que condimente con un poco de ajo cortado bien pequeño, sal a gusto, aceite de oliva y limón.

Como se puede ver en la foto lo de degustar un asado en un día de semana, luego de servir todo la ensalada de tomate bien condimentado a gusto de los comensales, también las dos rodajas de queso antes mencionado, para saber si salió sabroso, solo resta mirar lo que quedo en la parrilla, que como verán queda muy poco, la verdad excelente.

 Bueno la verdad que los gustos nos tenemos que dar en vida y en la medida que podemos, por el solo hecho de que degustar un asado así, que son los mejores momentos que podemos disfrutar, mas estando junto a la familia.
