Buenos días queridos amigos de esta bella plataforma social, teniendo en cuenta que los días lunes al ser el comienzo de la semana, en los cuales se vuelve a comenzar con la rutina, después de haber disfrutado el fin de semana con la familia, en la medida que se pueda y de haber comido un poco mas de lo normal, o sea los permitidos del fin de semana, entonces para remediar todo esto que mejor que degustar una comida, en donde se procedió a hervir todo, en este caso, papa, choclo, zanahoria, zapallo, morrón y cebolla, pero como se puede ver en trozos grandes, también la carne de res, que en este caso se trata de puchero con abundante carne.

La verdad que al cocinar todo así, en trozos grandes, en lo personal me agrada, lo digo porque puedo apreciar el sabor de las verduras utilizadas para tal fin, como ven se puede acompañar las mismas, con la carne hervida o también si freímos alguna otra cosa, milanesa, algún bife o porque no asado, también porque es mas fácil, se le puede pisar y hacer como puré.

Cuando tenemos todo terminado como se puede ver en esta foto, le podemos agregar aderezos a gusto, yo en lo personal me agrada agregarle bastante limón, le da un sabor excelente.

Sabemos que al hervir todo, luego quitamos de la olla, dejando solamente lo que seria el caldo, al que le podemos agregar un poco de fideo o arroz, quedando el mismo como una sopa.

The truth is that when cooking everything like this, in big pieces, personally I like it, I say this because I can appreciate the flavor of the vegetables used for this purpose, as you can see you can accompany them, with boiled meat or also if we fry something else, milanesa, some steak or why not roast, also because it is easier, you can step on it and make it as a puree.
