Un exquisito caldo de verduras con carne de res|||||An exquisite vegetable broth with beef
Buenos días, a veces es muy bueno hacer uso de la naturaleza, como el de cocinar con leños y con una gran olla, una gran comida como lo es este caldo de verduras con carne de res, pero lo que hay que rescatar de este caldo, el cual es muy fácil de laborarlo, mas cuando se lo cocina con leños, como se ve en la foto.

Colocamos la olla en el fuego  una ves que este se encuentre bien encendido, como ven coloque dos ladrillos en los costados, para que haga de soporte, estando ya la olla en el fuego, le vierto un poco de aceite, luego cebolla cortada en julianas, ajo, sal a gusto, lo revuelvo un poco, para después agregar la carne.

Una ves que tengo todo eso en la olla, le agrego agua caliente, cuando comienza a hervir le agrego un caldo de verdura, zanahoria, papa, mandioca, zapallo y lo que mas se destaca que es el coliflor, que le da un sabor increíble.

Con la cuchara de madera, revuelvo muy despacio para que todo se mescle bien, de esa manera dejo que se cocine bien todo, hasta que la carne este bien blanda.

El detalle amigos es dejar la olla destapada, el motivo es para que así el vapor que va emanando por el hervor, hace que el caldo se vaya poniendo mas espeso y queda como se ve en la foto.

Una ves que servimos dicha comida, lo podemos hacer pasando el cucharon bien por el fondo, donde quitamos lo que se ve en el plato, la parte mas espesa, o en su defecto degustar el caldo.

De esta manera, cocinamos con leños esta sabrosa comida comida, sabiendo que la misma nos hace mucho bien, por la naturalidad del procedimiento de cocción,

Once I have all that in the pot, I add hot water, when it starts to boil I add a vegetable broth, carrot, potato, cassava, pumpkin and what stands out the most is the cauliflower, which gives it an incredible flavor.

With a wooden spoon, I stir very slowly so that everything mixes well, that way I let everything cook well, until the meat is very soft.

The detail friends is to leave the pot uncovered, the reason is so that the steam that is emanating from the boiling, makes the broth is getting thicker and is as seen in the photo.

Once we serve the food, we can do it by passing the spoon well through the bottom, where we remove what you see on the plate, the thickest part, or otherwise taste the broth.
