hiveblocksSo, I woke up from a very sweet nap, I stretched and when i opened my door, the first thing I saw was a long horizontal line in the cloud. I stopped for a minute to gaze intently at the feature in the cloud.
Many names with which to label the feature flow through my mind such as cirrocumulus cloud,Cirrus cloud, cirrostratus cloud, altocumulus cloud to name but a few but I dismissed them all. As I was about to remove my gaze from this feature, I remembered the word "corntrails". But basically, corntrails is effectuated by an aircraft engine exhaust or pressure changes and this usually takes place at high altitudes whereas the feature was at a low altitude. So that brings me to the question: what name will you call the feature shown in the photo accompanying this post?
