Hey, ~~Houst~~ Steem Monsters we have a problem. Lets see:  That rule is when you expect that only Common and Rare cards can be used, and here the enemy attacks you with a legendary card!  Similar situation for Rule **Lost Legendaries**. I believe that this issue needs to be corrected. These rules weaken your deck of cards, at the same time the enemy gets a huge advantage. Hello comegetsome, The rule is very accurate and says: ***Only common and rare Monster cards are allowed.*** Which means that all Summoners can be played. Same thing goes for the "No Legendaries" rule. The rule mentions that it applies to Monsters.
