It seems a very strange time to announce this,  such a short time after President Trump announced the embassy move to Jerusalem. Hezbollah certainly isn't going to agree to this as the Lebanon border with its borders and its access to the sea give it so much more power in its 'fight' against Israel. Even if there is an agreement, nobody will keep to it.
