HOW TO MAKE TEMPE

<p>From My latest post we already talked about Tempe....what is Tempe ??? and a lot of benefit can We get by eat Tempe.</p>
<p>Now I'm gonna show you how to make it step by step, it's not easy but not to hard either. Some tips from me are use good ingredients, it's mean use Soybean good quality and always use clean tools so that nothing hinders the growth of yeast.</p>

 <center> <p>2 grams Yeast Tempe</li></p></center>

<p><center>First Wash and remove dirt mixed with soybeans, then soak for 24 hours. After soaked soybeans will expand.</p>

<p><center>The second step is epidermis peeling soybeans, after soaking the soybean expands and fairly soft so it will be easier to peeling the skin, by rubbing with both hands.</p>

<p><center>After all the soybeans are separated from they skin, then wash and pour the soybean seeds into the pan to be cooked for about 30 minutes.</p>

<p><center>After boiling for 30 minutes, remove the water. Then cook again without water a while, stir well. It useful to drying the soybean.</p>

<p><center>Place the Soybean in large and flat bowl for cooling down.</p>

<p><center>After in room temperature, pour the Yeast and mix well.</p>

<p>After stirring evenly, move the soybeans into the plastic bags.</p>

<p>Then seal with a candle, do not forget to give holes on both sides, you can stab it with fork. Do it till soybean run out. Save the soybeans in a warm place then wait for 2 days.&nbsp;</p>
