They could have predicted that earlier. The influx of users from other countries not included on the list might have added to the disturbance. 
Welp. Really can't relate 'coz I cannot DL the game because I my device runs on Intel and I can't buy another one just for this game. Well, that saves me from getting addicted to it and spending my money on items.
