Frailty to me is the quick weakness towards old age. There are some people who are prone to quick old age. People like those whom are fat are quick to age. They are very much quick to get old. There are some ways during which one can react to remain reduce the effect of frailty which are:

- Stress: Sometimes after lots of work or hard work, we just need to relax to relax our brain. All work and no play makes jack a stupid boy. So, we must always find ways to at least rest because it is necessary and important to rest at all costs. When you are not resting, you are liable to grow old below your age and also to die Young. So, ensure you do not stress yourself too much to live a longer and healthy life.
- Ailments: There are some kinds of disease someone might have which will cause the age to draw closer to old age. So, we must try by all means to treat any form of disease we might have and visit the doctor at all costs. This can prolong your life and makes you look younger instead of growing older beyond your age. So, there are some people who have some ailments or sickness (es) in them. When not properly treated can cause drastic old age closeness. When you are always sick or prone to sickness, you are liable to be old. 
- Too much alcohol: Alcohol can make someone grow older than his or her age. There is someone I am older than with a very large gap, but he changed totally to become lazy and older. This is not the best, but taking a little instead of getting drunk. When you drink and get drunk all the time, you will find it hard to carry out some kind of tasks you have been doing before. You will be weak and powerless which will take you to a timely age. 
- Sitting idle without carrying out any forms or work. When you sit lazy or idle, you are prone to frailty. So, idleness is the devil's workshop. 
- Thinking too much: Do not think too much, because when you do, you are prone to frailty. You will grow old on time and also grow weaker and lazy. Cut the way you think as it is not the best as your appearance will become older than your actual age.
- Eat the right sources of food and make it mandatory to eat very well. Not eating well means you want to change your present look to a look you will not be happy with. When you eat enough food, your skin will appear shining and your will look healthy. 

**What do I do to relieve myself from this frailty?**

Most people after being relieved of their jobs do stay at home without finding other jobs. So, when you are relieved of your job, you just need to find a way to keep yourself busy instead of sitting idle at home. 

- Learn on how to carryout exercise to keep your body fits and to make your body free from diseases. Do you know that when you exercise, you will be free from some diseases? Yes itr can. When you are lazy, the best is to carry out exercise so that the body will keep and remain stronger and very much ready to work.
- Cut down the way you drink alcohol. This is the best way to remain strong and healthy instead of frailty. Most people have taken drinking alcohol as an enjoyment. They took drinking of alcohol so high just as if it can give you something tangible in the body. It cannot help the body system but can destroy it for life. 
Take yourself out to at least do a little job.

I couldn't stop nodding my heads as I was reading this piece and I believe you know what that means.... Am in agreement with your points.. If we really want to relive ourselves from frailty, we must exercise regularly and also stop alcohol consumption.

Hello @cool08. Your article is a good read on how to maintain yourself in aging. You make a few valid points. However, I have a question though as to the research you undertook in order to make the statement:

I don't feel as though a statement such as that should be applied to the general population of those about to enter senior citizen status.

I've seen older people who look very agile and strong than those still young. Most times, it's all down to how the body is cared for inside and outside. Eat well, have proper exercises and be at peace mentally. 
I'm not sure of aging quickly due to being fat. Maybe I have to do some check on that to understand better.
