These are the words of the famous rapper Tupac Shakur in one of his songs.

I believe his message is synonymous to the idiom: “there’s no point crying over spilled milk”. I’d add to that. ”…rather work harder to refill the container”.
 Some people find it ‘herculean’ to move on after a catastrophic incident has befallen them and wallowing in self-pity and melancholy becomes the order of the day for them but all of these just further worsens the situation.
