Otter is a Browser that is fully controlled by users. It has mutlifunctions thats why it is unique from others. It has a cool interface. In short it is very easy to manage with otter.

I was interested, until I was sent to a page filled with instructions that meant nothing to me - and after all that, I see their ambition is to emulate the Opera v12...I have that one, so why go for an emulation?

This obviously is only for coders and such.
