Lately we have recieved many doubts regarding our project, this post has the purpose of answering all the questions made by the members of the growing hispanic community that have been part of @cooperacion. We believe in the feedback and the cooperation of everyone, with a common purpose, we could reach our goal.
Is for the previously said that we decided to create this post, so that all the users that have interests, doubts or even concerns about how @cooperacion is being managed may go to this post, do not hesitate in asking to some member of the team about any kind of doubt you have. The idea begun with Sinergia by @luisucv34 and @mendezand, approximately between February and march of this year, a project that couldn’t ever be launched due to personal issues.
Months later, in July, the idea of a new curation project returns, this time with the support of @pedrovillegas96 and @mynameisricky. Counting on more people, better logistic and more enthusiasm, we managed to start this project named @cooperacion.
The growth of the Hispanic community motivated us to start this project, supporting new users and the oldest ones as well. Adding diversity of curators and curation projects.

It is only needed the inclusion of “Spanish” tag among your tags, the rest may be the ones you prefer, as long as you respect the rules of the community, it does not matter if the tag belongs to another curation group, we only focus on the quality and originality of your content.

Cooperacion was born with the help of steem-trail, they don’t just vote our posts that are published by cooperacion account, but they also managed the finances of the account, that is to say, they are the only ones who can get the money out of it.

The money we recieve from Steem-trail is used to pay the members of the team, and each one gives a percentage of their earnings in order to reward the ranking of users every month, also is used to develop other ideas and proposals.

Our interest has always been to support the Hispanic community. It is not a secret that steemit has a economical benefit, reason why we need to be more transparent, specially being in the blockchain.
We seek to cooperate in the Hispanic speaker community growth, therefore, the best way you can cooperate with us is following our trail and checking the posts we promote daily as well. Under this method, we can all be benefited.
The main objective is to attract and keep new users, new faces that join the community effectively. We understand the dynamic and interest that a person may have in a social network based on blockchain, so… It’s necessary that new and not so new users may see rewards, votes and positive comments on their posts that motivate them to stay.
**And why not?** A reward for their effort and quality of their content at the end of the month.

In the beginning, one of the things we wanted to do was the advertising outside our social network, about steemit and obviously cooperacion, in order to increase the reaching that steemit has got so far.
This is starting to be a plausible reality yet for us, and the next year is going to be materialized. We believe that a step before is needed, so the new users that enter steemit by watching this advertising can get a path to follow, a kind of steemit’s manual, in order to make their entrance as effective as possible, for them and the community.

Be aware, and we expect a feedback from the whole community about all we will be proposing regarding this short-term objective, donations aren’t needed, all the logistics are on us.

We know that the massive entrance of users to steemit is a challenge for all the curation groups. All the existing groups are working on a common goal, which is that the Hispanic community grow, community that we are a part of.
We expect not to be necessary in the future, we expect that users with a huge voting power exist and be active in the Hispanic community. Whereas that happens, we are working for getting more support from the whales, making our voting power bigger so that we can reward better with our vote and not only at the end of the month as we are doing right now.
We expect to work closely with the other curation groups, because we are part of the same ecosystem and we are all fishes, trouts and dolphins that are looking together a road of healthy obesity, turn into a whale while you are reading and enjoying something as funny as steemit.
