Hola familia de hive espero estén de lo mejor, este es mi acostumbrado escrito luego de los resultados de los retos semanales del concurso Hive Top Model 2023, como cada se mana se asigna una tarea por hacer evaluada a 10 puntos, para este recién la idea era hacer un video donde se mostrara una pasarela con el tema de naturleza y responder una pregunta asignada por el jurado, **Opinión sobre el impacto social que a tenido hive a nivel mundial** el resultado de mi trabajo fue valorado por el jurado por una puntuación de 6.8 puntos , cosa que a nivel personal me produjo cierta desmotivación y aquí les cuento.

Comienzo diciendo que la desmotivación es conmigo misma, no tiene en cierto modo nada que ver con lo que el jurado haya decidido, por algún momento pensé que podía ser mejor el resultado y podría obtener una valoración superior a 8 (al menos eso pensé) pero me sorprendí al ver que sólo fue un 6.8. Sé que no estuvo de lo mejor pero de acuerdo a lo difícil que se me hizo hacerlo pude esperar más, me autoevalué, consideré eso pero si bien es cierto hay unas reglas particulares y puntos que el jurado está considerando que por cierto en mí ha generado ciertas interrogantes. Pero nada de qué preocuparse, paso a dejarles un poco de la experiencia haciendo el video.

Mi semana estuvo cargada de responsabilidades en mi día a día, mi hijo mayor estuvo en su semana final de exámenes, cierre de proyectos y esas cosas donde los papás debemos acompañar así que era la mitad del día allí en el colegio, por otra parte en los días que pude hacer el reto que era jueves, viernes y en última instancia el sábado, mi tuvo juego de beisbol, ya que está en un campeonato, así que como verán era casi imposible para mi tomarme un día o una tarde para realizar lo debido, sin embargo entre la semana tome una tarde que no acompañe a mi hijo para arréglame un poco y hacer sola el video y todo eso.
Así fue como pude grabar, la parte de la respuesta se me complicó porque calló la noche y la luz no me servía, así que lo hice en el interior de mi negocio y coloqué algo de luz que me ayudara ya que mi aro de luz también se dañó, en días pasados había hecho un detalle para colocar en el micrófono que dice Hives Top Model 2023, para darle un toque de creatividad, además de usar la tv de fondo con mi imagen del concurso y así fue que concluí este reto, restaba editar y era casi imposible entre tantas cosas que tenía por hacer en el trabajo, la casa y los niños.

>That was how I was able to record, for the part of the answer it was complicated because the night was silent and the light did not work for me, so I did it inside my business and I placed some light that would help me since my ring of light also it was damaged, in recent days I had made a detail to place on the microphone that says Hives Top Model 2023, to give it a touch of creativity, in addition to using the TV in the background with my image of the contest and that is how I concluded this challenge, remaining edit and it was almost impossible among so many things I had to do at work, home and children.

Cuando me dispuse a subir que fue el viernes, el inter se colgó y no pude, el sábado salí al juego de mi hijo y retornamos tarde de la noche ya que también había un evento en el negocio y asistí por asuntos de trabajo, sí que mi hora se agotaba para cumplir pero mi material estaba listo, así que como pude subir el video, minutos antes del cierre oficial, pero a tiempo porque si el jurado sujetó hasta es hora para cumplir, creo que estuvo bien el poder cumplir, pero en la premura de la hora y el querer subir, a la hora de concluir el fase de publicar, olvidé colocar una etiqueta, y como siempre subo videos editados con el programa InShot, que tiene música libre para editar, no coloqué el link de la música, pero sí hice la acotación de que la edición de música era extraída del editor, pero a la hora de recibir la comprobación del reto por parte del jurado, me restaron puntuación por no colocar el link y por falta de la etiqueta.

Por lo tanto esto bajó un poco la puntuación, a lo que concluyo con todo esto es que detrás de cada participante adulta como yo, que soy madre, esposa, trabajadora, emprendedora y pare de contar, existe un gran trabajo, existe un esfuerzo y en cierto modo genera frustraciones el hecho de dar lo mejor de ti, y obtener una calificación que desmotive, repito; respeto totalmente el resultado, lo acepto, pero el descontento entonces pasa a ser personal.
Al inicio dije que aceptaba los términos, y obviamente continuaré hasta el final, soy una mujer responsable y competitiva, me he disfrutado el proceso y espero poder cumplir cada una de las etapas, me disfruto el poder maquillarme, el poder tener una misión cada semana por hacer y así seguirá haciendo aunque me sienta algo desmotivada, también sé que no y la única que se sorprendió con los resultados esta vez, y creo que es producto del mismo esfuerzo o lo que nos ha costado el hecho de hacer la parte final del reto mensual.
