Hola comunidad, es un placer para esta humilde emprendedoras hacer mi primera entrada a esta interesante comunidad, pues y qué mejor que esta iniciativa que me encontré para hablar un poco de como es mejor emprender, ¿solo o acompañado? Espero no llegar tarde, mis respuestas seran de acuerdo a mi experiencia como emprendedora, referido a los casi dos años que tengo con mi pequeño negocio de "Heladería La Marquesa" así que sin más que decir me voy a responder...


La verdad, para mi mejor emprender solos, incluso para recibir un consejo es hasta mejor no pedir opinión, y de ser así pedirla a alguien que tenga experiencia y sepas que en lugar de criticar tu idea vaya a aportar cosas positivas para animarte a seguir, esto lo comprendí mucho después de haber estado ya de lleno no mi negocio puesto que al inicio a todos les parecía una idea loca de abrir una venta de helado en plena pandemia, *¿quien va a tener dinero para comer helado?* era una de las interrogantes que me hacían y en cierto modo me desmotivada a dar ese primer paso tan difícil de dar; y así ocurrió. Al principio me saque de la mente esa "Idea loca" y pasaron unos 8 meses o más cuando comencé en silencio sin decir a nadie a planificar lo que quería hacer, sin tener todas las respuestas fui ahorrando y averiguando cómo comenzar a vender barquillas ya que en la zona donde está el negocio no había ningúna venta de este tipo.

> The truth is, it is better for me to undertake alone, even to receive advice, even better not to ask for an opinion, and if so, ask someone who has experience and knows that instead of criticizing your idea, they will contribute positive things to encourage you to continue, this I understood it long after I had already been fully involved in my business since at first it seemed like a crazy idea to everyone to open an ice cream sale in the middle of a pandemic, *who is going to have money to eat ice cream?* it was one of the questions that they asked me and in a certain way discouraged me from taking that first step so difficult to take; and so it happened. At first I put that "crazy idea" out of my mind and it lasted about 8 months or more when it began in silence without telling anyone to plan what I wanted to do, without having all the answers I started saving and finding out how to start selling trays since In the area where the business is located, there were no sales of this type.

Sé, que al principio buscas comentar tu idea con alguien, de hecho te frenas de no tener capital y deseas incluir a otros pero de verdad que comenzar con socios es algo difícil, porque para que el negocio sea prospero debe pasar un tiempo, de hecho al inicio no vez nada de ganancia por asi decirlo, entonces comienzan los roces, la incomodidad y no hay nada mejor en la vida que no trabajarle a nadie amigos, de toda mi vida que llevo trabajando; no he sentido mayor satisfacción que la de trabajar para uno mismo, con su propio dinero, porque cuando fracasas en algo de ventas (no es más que tú propio dinero y no hay que rendir cuenta a nadie). 

En mi camino de emprendedora, me ha dado por inventar mucho en otros productos para vender y me ha ido "digamos que mal" o no tan bien como con los helados, y es allí lo bueno de emprender solo que es tu mismo dinero y no hay nada que lamentar, no hay esa presión pues. Para mi vender y que me haya ido bien, me ha despertado ese ánimo de inventar en nuevas cosas, innovar con nuevos productos a ver qué tal me va, y de acuerdo a mi experiencia, me creo en mi mente la idea de negocio y acciono sola, sin decir nada a nadie más que comentar a mi esposo que ni es muy bueno apoyando con comentarios pero que a fin de cuentas termina ayudándome en cada idea loca que viene a mi, no se imaginan cuantas veces durante este tiempo he inventando vender cosas nuevas porque hasta licor e incluido, pero sin duda lo más estable es la heladeria con la venta de barquillas en varias presentaciones.

>I know that at first you seek to discuss your idea with someone, in fact you stop from not having capital and you want to include others but really starting with partners is somewhat difficult, because for the business to be prosperous it must take time, in fact at the beginning you don't see any profit so to speak, then the friction begins, the discomfort and there is nothing better in life than not working for anyone friends, all my life that I have been working; I have not felt greater satisfaction than working for oneself, with one's own money, because when you fail in some sales (it is nothing more than your own money and you do not have to account to anyone).

> In my path as an entrepreneur, I have taken to inventing a lot in other products to sell and it has gone "let's say bad" or not as well as with ice creams, and that is the good thing about undertaking only that it is your own money and not there is nothing to regret, there is no such pressure. For me to sell and that it has gone well for me, that spirit of inventing new things has awakened me, innovating with new products to see how it goes, and according to my experience, I believe in my mind the business idea and I act alone, without saying anything to anyone other than commenting to my husband that he is not very good at supporting me with comments but that in the end he ends up helping me with every crazy idea that comes to me, you can't imagine how many times during this time I have invented selling things new because even liquor and included, but without a doubt the most stable is the ice cream parlor with the sale of trays in various presentations.

### Nuevo emprendimiento.//New venture

Esta idea, la tenía en mente desde hace mucho, querer tener carros de madera o carros de ventas que pudiera trasladar a otros sitios y poder vender desde fiestas, era algo que no me dejaba incluso dormir. Ideando tener uno y asistir a cumpleaños, eventos donde pueda vender y se vea bonito, algo llamativo, con ventas en la calle. Hasta que reuní un dinero de la heladeria y compré un carro de vender perros calientes jajajaja eso fue hace como tres meses, era una oferta y aproveché, pensé en usarlo para vender tequeños de esos grandes, ya que tampoco hay venta de ellos por esta zona; no descanse hasta lograrlo, a este carro le faltaban dos cauchos y luego compré, un buen día me fui hasta Maturin y vine así XD. Con dos cauchos  y unas bandejas de tequeños.

Until I got some money from the ice cream parlor and bought a cart to sell hot dogs hahahaha that was about three months ago, it was an offer and I took advantage of it, I thought I would use it to sell those big tequeños, since they are not sold in this area either ; do not rest until you achieve it, this car was missing two tires and then I bought, one fine day I went to Maturin and came like this XD. With two rubbers and some trays of tequeños.

Después de todo el carro quedó así de lindo y colocamos afuera de la heladeria para vender.

No obstante, me obsesione con los carros de ventas jajajaja bueno reuni dinero y compré otro, pero de madera, para colocar en ventas de helados, ideas solo mías y apoyadas por mi esposo, ¿y qué creen? Ahora tengo dos carros móviles que me he llevado a vender por allí en eventos públicos, tal es este caso, de unos piques fangueros que fuimos patrocinantes y miren cómo se veía de lindo mi carrito blanco con personas que trabajan conmigo.

# Reflexión para emprendedores //Reflection for entrepreneurs



Yo creo que una sola mente basta para crear grandes proyectos, también sabiendo que nada al principio es fácil, que las cosas se ganan con esfuerzo y constancia , mucha constancias, hay fracasos que te llevan a pisar fondo y querer abandonar, pero si tu mente está abierta a crecer, a trabajar, pues te irá muy bien. No tienen idea de cuantas veces me he caído en el negocio, por cuantas frustraciones he pasado por el hecho de dejar en manos de otro mi trabajo, mis ideas; así que ama tanto tu proyecto, invierte en su imagen, tenlo en tu mente en grande y trabaja para que crezca, yo no se si este negocio sea el mejor, ni que vaya a pasar más adelante pero en casi dos años con el, me he enamorado de lo que hago. Me gusta trabajar, mover dinero, soñar, y quizá no sea la mejor heladeria, pero tengo fe de que seguirá creciendo y los frutos de tanto trabajo se verán reflejados a futuro. Por ahora sigo creyendo en mi, en el poder tan grande de la mente y en Dios. Contigo es suficiente para armar cualquier negocio, y si eres de hive más aun, mi heladeria comenzó aquí, con dinero obtenido aquí. Así que no te limites nunca. ¡Eres grande!

I like to work, move money, dream, and it may not be the best ice cream shop, but I have faith that it will continue to grow and the fruits of so much work will be reflected in the future. For now I still believe in myself, in the great power of the mind and in God. With you is enough to set up any business, and if you are from hive even more so, my ice cream parlor started here, with money obtained here. So never limit yourself. You are big!
