Breakfast Hash~ Paleo day 13

Lazy Saturday morning, our are bellies full and our bodies are nourished!

This past week I was able to score a case of organic red bell peppers for $10! Pictured missing about 4 peppers. So we have been eating lots of peppers!

Today I threw together a Paleo hash in my favorite cast iron skillet, utilizing a couple of those yummy peppers.

All organic, sauted in coconut oil:

🍎2 Peeled & chopped sweet potatoes
🍎3 chopped carrots
🍎1 chopped onion
🍎2 large red bell peppers
🍎1 zucchini, chopped thickly
🍎3-4 large handfuls of power greens (kale, spinach, chard), chopped
🍎6-8 organic, pastured, uncured, paleo chicken sausages, chopped
🍳8 organic pasture/free range chicken/duck eggs from @themyrrhmaid... Cooked separately then added in.
🍎Pink salt & pepper to taste.

1/4 avocado for each person.
