Emergency Care - Crowdfunding on Fundition - Update #1 [Fr]

# Executive Summary
Dear all friends, 
Few words to describe my life and how much unfortunately my unknown disease is fighting against me. Intent of my message is double, create awareness about this nightmare and ask for your help to try, a bit, to keep me away of this unbelievable hard situation. I did my best to describe everything to let you know in detail what are things in place and therefore let you own feeling define if you would like be kind and help me. Without you, nothing is possible.

Je suis émerveillée par l'accueil reçu par mon *crowdfunding* et ne m'attendais pas à (même si je l'espérais) recevoir autant :
•	de upvotes en réponse à mes DM. J'espère que je ne vous ai pas trop embêté avec cela mais à quoi bon faire un *crowdfunding* si ce n'est pas pour en faire activement la promotion,
•	de dons. Là encore c'est incroyable au moment où je rédige mon update le montant des dons est supérieur au montant des upvotes. Je suis extrêmement surprise et touchée,
•	de resteem. Merci à vous, cela m'a permis d'augmenter considérablement la visibilité de mon projet,
•	de messages de soutiens, de mises en garde, d'attentions, tous remplis de bonnes intentions et d'empathie.

# Quelques précisions
Je ressens le besoin d'éclaircir avec vous quelques points, suite à certains messages reçus.

Concernant l'absence d'études scientifiques suffisantes hormis celles réalisées la plupart du temps pour les sportifs de haut niveau et l'absence de recul quant aux potentiels effets secondaires à moyen et long terme.
Évidemment, de nature très cartésienne, je me suis posée mille et une fois la question et je n'ai pas de réponse.rr
Comme souvent dans ces domaines, on retrouve beaucoup plus d'études de "ressenti" très subjectives.
Ce dont je suis sûre à ce jour c'est que les médicaments que je prends depuis 3 ans quasiment non stop avec en tête de liste la cortisone, ont un effet délétère scientifiquement prouvé est inévitable en cas d'utilisation aussi importante pendant autant de temps. 

Je n'ai plus le droit  par exemple au Tramadol, analgésique puissant que j'ai pris quotidiennement pendant plusieurs mois et qui a fini par entraîner une hospitalisation en urgence avec suspicion de pancréatite.  Ce n'est vraiment pas rien et cela aurait forcément abouti à minima, à une dialyse.

Je ne développerai pas ici le lobby de l'industrie pharmaceutique, face à qui les médecines non conventionnelles basée sur le soulagement de douleur chronique ne font pas le poids.

Je voulais également revenir sur la crainte de certains que je me résigne à opter pour la morphine, la ketamine et les chocs électriques... qui m'ont fait part de ce qu'eux même ou leurs proches avaient vécu.
Je vous rassure je suis très informée sur le sujet et à ce stade forte de l'avis du médecin algologue (spécialiste de la douleur) je refuse en tout cas pour l'instant ces alternatives.

Pour finir je suis désolée pour ceux que j'ai ému aux larmes, ce n'était pas mon intention autant que faire se peut, j'ai tenté de ne pas "faire pleurer dans les chaumières" et je vous rassure, je suis une battante et il en faudra plus pour m'achever !

# Pourquoi faire un update ?

**Fundition** est une Dapp sur la blockchain Steem et comme pour toutes les Dapps, la fenêtre de vote d'un article est de sept jours.
Donc, de fait à moins de rencontrer un succès "viral" ce délai est insuffisant pour parvenir à son but.
Fundition a eu l'idée géniale de prévoir la possibilité de faire des updates afin de rendre à nouveau le projet accessible aux upvotes et dons.

Je prévois si tout va bien de faire encore deux updates, le prochain comportera probablement **un bilan exhaustif de ma première séance.**
