Thank God you stopped smoking @cortexx, apart from being regularly advertised, smoking has been proved to have caused 80% death rate among young folks. 
Coffee is a better alternative to brain stimulation.

I hate to tell you this,  coffee also contain asparagine a carcinogenic chemical that develops during coffee beans roasting. Although the level of the content depends on the extent of roasting which is also a factor that determines the taste and smell.  In such coffee contains carcinogenic substances so be careful in consuming it.

First of all its great that you realise that cigarette isn't good for health. If better option is available why to risk our lives. Anyways engineers are the best people to hang out with because they are realistic and future... Are you also an engineer...

I guess that coffee is a much better alternative. I think that a good book, such as the one you were reading, can be a very good brain stimulant. That said, I must admit that I don't read much anymore, music in the morning and Argentinian Tango dancing in the evening are my brain stimulants now. : )

Dear always check the level of caffeine in coffee.caffeine is dangerous for women health specially..caffeine may be added for taste from 1% to 3 % only..

What if i told you sugar kills more people than weed and is about 8 times more addictive than alcohol and other drugs but it's still legal.simply in todays world everything kills whether its food,air or water.

Coffee is love you have it the day goes well ...it takes away your sleep if you want to stay awake for long .....starting day with coffee make it great .....
Cigarette wont benefit you anyways.....stay smart stay healthy...

Cigarette Smokers are liable to die young and as you also mention cigarette causes cancers of various types including cancer of the lungs , skin and mouth cancer as well.

Drinking coffee instead is a great decision. Cigarette smoking can cause cancer , sakit sa baga, kukulubot ang skin, then sinasabi din nila sa mga kabataan na kung maninigarilyo sila hindi sila tatanda, causebthey can lost their lives at the young age, while coffee can helps you live longer. I read an article about this, because there's a good effect of coffee. Gayundin, nakakatanggal din ito ng stress tulad ng nabanggit nyo na po. 
Mahusay po ang desisyon nyo.

They say, smoking kills... You will die because of smoking.
I say, you are gonna die anyways, whether in your life you've smoked or not.

Well I do both of them, coffee as well as cigarette. But as much as I wanna quit smoking I don't get convinced by anything. As of coffee, coffee is love. Coffee is a go to drink for me.
