I had the plan to handicap the matches in the morning during the busy period in January but so far I haven't been able to get in that routine and continue to run quite late on having a look at them often just hours before kick-off...

<h2>Oostende vs Eupen</h2></b>

Eupen now plays their 3rd match in 8 days. They looked tired near the end of the 1st match and their coach went back to basics last weekend mostly focussing on defense. This broke their 3-game losing streak and I expect a similar approach tonight against Oostende. They do still have an in-form striker with Prevljak but Peeters is suspended while Musona is injured. Oostende is a team that is currently in a good form and they should have fewer fatigue issues which might play in their advantage later in the match. Eupen is a solid 1st half team both home and away and I expect them to again stick to the basics and keep things closed in defense most of all without taking all too much risk. Given all the factors with the home team (who are 6.5W-2L-0.5P at home vs the Asian handicap) in good form having less fatigue against Eupen who are with some missings, betting the home side is my only real option but Eupen has been a solid away team (8W-2L-0P vs Asian handicap) which keeps me very cautious. Since they are the favorite and Eupen tends to do well in the 1st half, I rather just wait it out though. Despite the rather defensive approach, Eupen did manage to create 8 corners while Oostende also still can be considered an over corners team. I need some kind of confirmation though and tend to prefer waiting for the Over 9 line which is a key number often for corners. Should be an interesting match. <b>No Pre-Game Bets</b>
