<center><b>This is a weekly overview of my personal sports betting/trading results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League, documenting my journey toward long-term profit with some insights on my overall approach.</b></center>

Things are going pretty much as planned so far this season, as I'm sitting at 3.71% ROI after 5 weeks and 233 bets. I continue to be rather cautious and it remains a challenge to really up my stakes because of similar reasons to last season. The bets I see as really worth it usually have lower limits, while most of the bets I see as 'winners' I also see as marginal to no value and the bets I see as 'Big Value' but no 'winner' I don't have confidence to bet more as I'm just too many times shown wrong. This leaves me in a state where I'm mostly trying to avoid stepping on landmines here and there. 

I also very much bet based on my comfort level even though I very easily could handle bigger stakes. I'm rather conservative by nature and avoiding losses which get me in a situation like the last seasons where i'm down and have to slowly grind my way up again. In the ideal situation, I'm at a healthy profit on the season which allows me to take a bit more risk and a winning streak ups my confidence to really make something happen getting out of the 'grind'.

Howevern in the end, the main goal remains to just bet with a long-term profit expectation which I believe I'm still doing. The reality is also what it is and that is what I try to showcase with my blog documenting the entire process which helps me to stay disciplined instead of faking or only sharing wins after they already won keeping quiet about losses.

<b>Pre-Game Preview Bets Season 2025-2026</b>

I had 2 official bets last weeks in the previews which both ended up winning and I'm very pleased with them as they are the kind of bets that take a bit of courage going againt the general consensus. Zulte-Waregem is still too much seen as an over team which allowed and the 1H Under 1.25 bet ended up winning quite comfortably. OHL as the last team in the league with most goals against managed to win outright as the underdog and also win the corners for a good winner in the final match of the weekend. So overall, I'm quite optimistic again about these blod bet selections after they were a struggle last season. This now puts me after 7 bets at 1.616 units profit on these bigger official selections and I hope to continue on this good streak.

Basically, I still need to up my stakes quite a bit more if I want to reach 8 to 10 units staked in a week on average. This is easier to do when I'm up so I'm quite hopeful that I will manage to work my way toward that and make it the new normal. I'm also still just having a ton of fun with all of this and can't state enough times how much I actually enjoy betting and this process of trying to beat the market consistantly even though the edge is pretty limited and the short term swings can be annoying.
