All lions are well aware of the great success of being able to participate in a community that brings you justice about the rewards of curation. The Flat Curation created by the LEO team was something that surprised and stimulated some interesting factors within the LEO ecosystem.

For those who still don't know what that means, let's say it's basically all your 100% positive vote, 50% will return to you as a curation reward regardless of the time you voted and it doesn't matter if you arrived before or after a whale. The return is guaranteed proportional to the% of positive vote that you gave in a post.

Unfortunately the Hive blog things are not that way and there it becomes a real race to know who arrives first in a given post and some users prefer to use autovotes to be able to maximize their earnings. If you do not use or are not a whale, only crumbs will be left.

Some community was needed to change the way things were happening on the Hive blockchain and it was LeoFinance that brought this news. <h3>SportsTalk Social intends to move to the</h3>

Recently @sportstalksocial put in their [post](https://leofinance.io/hive-101690/@sportstalksocial/request-for-comments-moving-sports-to-a-linear-curation-curve) the idea of ​​also changing the way they reward their community. For this to become possible, the SPORTS team needs positive feedback from its users to know if they accept it and sincerely, it will be incredible if we have this change.

<h3>Some advantages of joining the Linear Curation Curve</h3>

As a LEO user I can tell you some advantages that the community as a whole gains. Mainly for manual curators and I can start by saying that this will attract more interested people so the market is sure to move a lot.

Following the recent example of the STEM token, we had a great appreciation and today the 1 STEM costs US$ 0.039 for anyone who wants to buy it. Lately we have seen a great adhesion of the SPORTS token that has caused a high that we have not seen for a long time and probably if the Sportstalk community changes to Flat Curation I would not be surprised by another great appreciation.

This also contributes a lot to smaller accounts, as regardless of the amount of your vote it is certain that 50% will return to you and consequently this helps you to increase your account more quickly.

At LeoFinance we currently have many users who are much more motivated to participate in curation activities. Today nobody feels "pressured" by having to vote for seconds on a given post and now with more time and peace of mind he can do it as satisfactorily as possible.

It is great to see that more second tier communities are following the same successful steps as LeoFinance. I hope it won't be long before Hive can follow the same example, although things there may be more difficult to happen compared to second-tier communities, but who knows, we may be surprised in the near future?

Todos os leões sabem muito bem o grande sucesso que é poder participar de uma comunidade que te traz justiça sobre as recompensas de curadoria. A Flat Curation criada pela equipe LEO foi algo que surpreendeu e estimulou alguns fatores interessantes dentro do ecossistema LEO. 

Para quem ainda não sabe o que isso significa, digamos que é basicamente todo seu voto positivo a 100%, 50% irá retornar a você como recompensa de curadoria independente do tempo que votou e não importa se você chegou antes ou depois de alguma baleia. O retorno é garantido proporcional a % de voto positivo que você deu em um post. 

Infelizmente o Hive blog as coisas não são dessa maneira e por lá se torna um verdadeira corrida para saber quem chega primeiro em um determinado post e alguns usuários preferem utilizar autovotes para conseguir maximizar seus ganhos. Caso você não use ou não seja uma baleia, só irá sobrar migalhas.

Era preciso alguma comunidade para mudar a forma como as coisas estavam acontecendo no Hive blockchain e foi justamente a LeoFinance que trouxe essa novidade. O intuíto não é premiar apenas os curadores maunias que usam o seu tempo precioso para consumir vários conteúdos na comunidade, mas traz mais equilíbrio e justiça em comparação com as recompensas dos autovotes. 

Que fique bastante claro que em nenhum momento é questionado e menosprezado quem utiliza autovotes, LeoFinance deixa livre a sua escolha. Posso dizer que muitos começaram a votar mais de forma manual e isso gera mais interação na comunidade.

Como usuário LEO posso dizer algumas vantagens que a comunidade como um todo adquire. Principalmente para os curadores manuais e posso começar dizendo que isso irá atrair mais pessoas interessadas então o mercado com certeza irá se movimentar bastante. 

Seguindo o exemplo recente do STEM token, tivemos uma grande valorização e hoje o 1 STEM custa $ 0.039 para quem desejar comprá-lo. Ultimamente vimos uma grande adesão do SPORTS token que fez obter uma alta que há muito tempo não víamos e provavelmente se a comunidade Sportstalk mudar para Flat Curation não me surpreenderia outra grande valorização.

Na LeoFinance atualmente temos muitos usuários que estão muito mais motivados a participar de atividades de curadoria. Hoje ninguém se sente "pressionado" por ter que votar a segundos em um determinado post e agora com mais tempo e tranquilidade poderá fazer de forma mais satisfatória possível. 

É muito bom ver que mais comunidades de segunda camada estão seguindo os mesmos passos de sucesso da LeoFinance. Espero que não demore muito para que Hive possa seguir o mesmo exemplo, apesar de que por lá as coisas podem ser mais difícieis de acontecer em comparação as comunidades de segunda camada, mas quem sabe podemos nos surpreender num futuro próximo?
